the location is good, and the hotel sits in a pretty spot on the water, though of course there is no actual beach.

the customer service was borderline rude. Our room was pretty run down. Hole in one of the inner doors, sliders didn’t shut completely and cigarette butts were left in an ashtray.

Wir waren in einen Standard Studio Zimmer untergebracht; dieses war neu renoviert und von da her zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön - wenngleich direkt an der Hauptstraße (wie üblich auf den Keys)

Die Beschreibung der Zimmergröße war lt. Booking 30m²; das Zimmer war maximal nur die Hälfte groß. Die Zimmer über der Rezeption sind direkt an der Straße und dementsprechend laut. Insgesamt für den Preis gerade so in Ordnung. Allerdings empfehle ich ein Zimmer außerhalb des Haupthauses.

The images and reviews showed recently updated interiors. Our room was circa 1970, stains on the sofa and chairs, lots of mildew build up on the shower head and inside the shower curtain. Walking barefoot in the bedroom the floors were sticky.

Convenient to Ley West and other Keys, also to everglades National Park.

The place is a great way to break up your drive in the keys. Just under 2 hours to key west and about the same to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area (depending on traffic of course). Staff is super nice and friendly, complimentary coffee/water by front desk, there's a microwave and full fridge in the room. We had 2 queen beds. Soft mattresses, on metal frame. Nothing overly fancy. There was a nice balcony with chairs/lounge. Otherwise, room bare but served it's purpose. Pool area was nice and free parking. We saw lots of birds and iguanas on the docks! Near some shopping, food and breweries, which was great too.

Shower took a while to heat up. Bathroom was a little tight and towels could've been bigger. Room keys MUST be returned otherwise there was a fee. "On the beach," but not a swimmable one. Mostly docks and a view, but not exactly "kempt." So a bit "dinky" looking. More like "motel" vibes but with a pool and cutesy. No elevator to 2nd floor rooms (in case you need it).

Great location right next to Bud N' Mary's Marina. Short drive away from Robbie's and many other attractions, bars and restraunts. Could also just stay at the resort and relax. Fish off pier. Not super packed with people. Large rooms with kitchen, bath. We had two queen beds and a sofa and were amazed at the value we got out of our stay.

Was having some issues with payment originally. Might have been an issue with Booking.com or the name on the booking. Either way we were able to get it figured out.

Dated buildings, but all in the Keys typically are. Shower drained slowly, but maintenance came and improved the flow.

Clean. Lots to do. Accommodations were all new. Kitchen stocked with Everything you need.

People in pool very late and could get loud. Need room darkening curtains in bedroom. Blinds don’t keep out any of the property lights that are right outside the window. Also suggest to get bedside lamps with cable ports since outlets are minimal.
