It looked like an amazing aqua park but unfortunately it was closed. They did a good job about notifying us right after we had booked that it was closed.

The food was a little bit different but overall it was still very good.

A fantastic stay in a charming hotel with excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.I would like to thank them for upgrading me to a room with a pool view. It was a very nice gesture and I really appreciated it.I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit the area.

Eau froid a l hôtel on nous a dis qu ils ont un problème et le technicien va passer et c'était pas vrai pas de restauration sur place on devais sortir de l'hôtel pour aller au restaurant odeur des egot insupportable manque de serviettes en chambre et de shampooing 1 seul pour le couple.chambre pas faite jusqu'à 17h éclairage très faible en chambre très decu par ce voyage

not good food . buffet are poor. price of kids ander 11 jrs free but they charged 100 dh if you have 2 kids even if they dnt eat .or had just frite from your plate. park you cnt use easy ones if your kid not 12 or 15 years old.

The restaurant was very comfortable The bed was very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom and shower were good.

The music from the aqua park was loud and horrible . The hotel lacked atmosphere

The bad smell in the property, some staff in front desk are not professional, the lack of drinking water and towels, there’s no bathrobes nor slippers, blowdryer is out of service, A/C is not cooling well

It was clean & comfortable.

Their customer service is outstanding . The junior suite is so beautiful . The royal suite is outstanding since we had a chance to be upgraded on the second night .

The service during lunch was so slow . It took over an hour to get our meals and 30 min for the drinks .

The surface of suite was big

The food is of extremely poor quality, and the kitchen staff constantly observed us while we were selecting our meals. We discovered numerous insects both in the dining area and in the food itself, which led us to make the decision to leave without consuming anything due to hygiene concerns. Additionally, the terrace emitted an unpleasant odor, preventing us from venturing outside.

went there to visit my brother and sister in law. booked a room with a big balcony for them to visit us for an hour. we were forced to stay in the empty lobby downstairs due to protocol. didn’t make sense to us. also reception woke us up at 07:00 am without any reason. never again for us.

Very poor quality of food. Not in line with a 5 star hotel. However Pina colada was very good. Kitchen Staff fighting near guests. Kitchen Staff does not have experience or training for 5 star hotels.

Breakfast was not ready on the time given, had to wait for about 30 minutes and was not a buffet as told, and this was on a Monday which first day of working. Cash deposit requested as a condition to check in, (which abnormal in Morocco) what if l did not have cash!!!
