The fact that all beds were in the same area, loved that, as I have a small children and liked I could see them

The heat pump was not at its maximum capacity. 😊 this is not a complaint, just kind feedback

Quality of the toilet paper

This place feels brand new, fresh and clean with almost individual "pods" stacked together. This means you have no immediate neighbour which is hugely appealing, but the rooms aren't small. They have a generous sized bed and spacious relaxing space, with spotless bathroom, decent sized shower, great pressure. We particularly appreciated the air con on the really hot summer days we were there, as well as lovely bright airy room to relax in. Not too far from Ohope beach and a short walk into town. Pub right next door is not noisy and the food is ok.

Had to have curtains closed or people on the street or at the pub could see straight in to the bed.

We booked a Studio with a balcony. Seems we have a different understanding of a balcony as there is only a covered space between the units but nothing to sit there.

Great location, a waterfall viewable from parking lot and accessible via 2 minute walk, clean facilities, dedicated parking for each room, free wifi, refrigerator, cookies and chocolates and water waiting in room

Shower floor is strange (flat floor with no divider between shower and toilet area means water over good bit of room, a little cramped if using 3 beds

Lovely and clean. Great bedding. Easy carparking. No road noise when doors shut. We appreciated the cold water in the fridge and the chocolates. Make sure you see the waterfall behind the motel. Lot of history. We ate at the restaurant onsite. Very good. The locationnis good and easy to walk to the shops and wharf.

The shower in unit 1. It went all over the floor and we were worried it would wet the carpet so popped a towel down. Also really tricky having no bathroom vanity top.

The bed was uncomfortable!

1 min to the EV charger. This was why I booked here.

Summer linen and duvet on the bed. Was cold. I drove to Kmart for a hot water bottle.

Someone , either at the motel or property next to it had there vehicle running/ heating up the engine early morning , was not a pleasant sound , when you wake up from that . ( it took about 5 to 10 min ) That was the only downside of the motel . All the rest was perfect.
