There were four in our group but we were only given three large towels plus one hand towel.

first night the house was very cold even we increase the temperature but theother days it was better

Property was very good, everything was close to me. sunny rooms, well equipped. The city is wonderful, with old buildings and beautiful streets. I leave town satisfied.

The only problem was the key issue which kept me waiting at the door for 10 minutes each time. It would be better if the door lock and opening code did not have any difficulties

I liked the apartment was spacious. Free coffee and tea was nice. Netflix also was nice to have. Beds were clean.

Kitchen. I did not like the kitchen was not very clean. Cupboards were sticky. Walls with stains. Kitchen counter also kind of sticky. And sink was not very clean. Being in the apartment I felt I have to double check the cleanliness of plates and forks and other dishes. Bathroom. Shower did not have curtains. After the shower the floor was wet no matter how I tried not to splash the water. The floor is made of concrete therefore it was ice cold. We stayed in January. The month is cold itself. For some reason the boiler was leaking therefore, it had a bucket underneath it. Le Vauban property has 3 floors with one apartment on each floor. We stayed on the first floor, apartment number 1. I dont know how it was in other two apartments. Maybe better. There was not soap near the bathroom sink. Rooms. In general rooms were ok and clean. But what I did not like is there were no sound proofing between bedroom and living room. The wall was thin between both rooms and had doors which were locked. Extra Fee. The most I did not like after the booking, confirmation and paying, I received a message from the owner I have to pay extra 25 eur for the cleaning fee which was not included in the price. The booking was non-refundable and the message said if we dont reply in the next 24hours our stay will be cancelled. I was travelling and had no internet connection to even check my emails. My reply was the last minute and after the reply I was not sure if they cancelled the stay or what. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. The owner was ok if we just leave 25 eur on the table after we leave in the next morning which we did. The communication from owner's side was not very good. Upon our arrival he did not send us the door key code. Had to call him myself to get the code.

Very convenient with the auto check-in. The decor is lovely. The apartment had everything we needed or might need.
