This is not a 3 bedroom. This is a studio type property. The place is dirty, smelly, no hot water, no toilet paper. I do not recommend this place. This place is an embarrasment to Pico de Loro.

The staff were very helpful and very courteous. There are regular shuttles. The place is very quiet and accessible. They have facilities for kids to play in and do activities.

No alternatives for breakfast other than buffet (unless you consider the convenience store another option). Since we preferred meal based options which would've been a better value as we couldn't eat a lot and wouldn't get much value with buffets. At 900 / 950 per head it is more on the expensive side. Expensive is an understatement considering that one measly scoop of gelato costs Php180. For its price there should also be a wider selection of dishes other than what you could expect from diners or carinderias. The shuttles don't close the windows since they aren't using any air-conditioning and one missed to drop us at our stop even when the driver confirmed our destination beforehand. The water pressure is too low in the showers at the beach that it can't reach the shower heads, we can only wash our feet from the faucets below and still the water pressure is weak.

The beach, the sand, the nature and our stay as a whole was great! Looking forward to be back again.

The electric stove, not really we didn't like but it would be more better if that was induction stove, It will cook faster and means less electricity cost to the owner.

It was really a great holiday spent in pico de loro most especialy the condo we stayed in. The room is so spacious, clean, kitchen utensils are provided, the ac was ice cold. but what win our hearts was the owners. They are very helpful, kind and polite will definitely go back.

Terrible drippings of air conditioner.Smelly all over.Staff specially the caretaker didn't appear even once to attend on our complaints.Completely terrible unlike our last holiday,the lady even gave us a priority to use the member's amenities.She guided us all the way probably giving consideration of our elderly age.A wonderful memory
