The location is nice. It is in the VIP area of Nainital.

Staff and service is quite poor. You need to repeat yourself multiple times in order to get things done.

the property was clean and well maintained but there was no water in washroom during the stay and the staff was unable to provide any solution. the manager made sure that we paid the amount in advance so that we have no option of raising any dispute.

the washroom had no water supply in morning and as a family we were unable to get ready . they made us wait for 2-3 hours stating that there is some issue in water tank but later we found that there is no water in family rooms for last 2-3 days . the owner of the property also showed no interest in resolving the issue.

Very nice place to stay, clean and good views, Very clean and good in-house food.

The calm and quiet atmosphere, far from the busy Mall Road, friendly staff, excellent food, mountain view from the balcony

We had to climb a lot for reaching the hotel from the Mall Road. The hotel authorities should hire a local taxi with charges for picking up the guests from the Mall road as it involves a lot of walking on everyday basis if somebody has no personal vehicle.
