we book because we need to attended family’s wedding ceremony nearby . like the facilities in the house , simple , complete, and comfortable. The location also nearby the town , at night we went to night market nearby , also there have the aeon mall .

The location is good. The place is clean. Two of the rooms have attached bathroom.

The third room is a messerzine area connected to hall. The issue is there is no third bathroom outside in the hall, it is quite inconvenient to keep going into one of the rooms to use the toilet. Sound from the rooms can be heard easily, not very sound proof. The stairs to the 3rd room is steep and the distance between the steps is very high. It is not suitable for young children or old people. There water pressure in the bathroom is not very good. Size of the unit is small compared to the price paid.

Big enough for the whole family and it is clean.

Need to improve and need to add more amenities and kitchen stuff.

the house very clean, bathroom looks like hotel type of bathroom, love it... internet line was good, got netflix on tv..and air conditioning everywhere...

1. should have ceiling/ wall/ stand fan at living room and bedroom..easier for guest to choose either to use aircond or fan. 2. need a wall mirror / stand mirror each bedroom or living room. 3. should have small table at each room to put luggage or bags.

The house comes with more than ample beds and mattress for 7 adult pax. Very clean. 1min drive to Canning Dim Sum and New Hollywood and 5mins to Ipoh Night Market, AEON Kinta Mall and the Stadium foodcourt. Very quiet, cosy, kind and friendly neighbours. Easy rubbish access. Host was very kind and considerate,

Stench coming from the stray cats poop right outside the doorway (not that host/ owners can help) Could not use the microwave because rotating glass tray was missing. Vacuum not working and no brooms available. Maybe can supply more pillows OR a TIP to future guests to bring your own pillows if more than 7paxs. Also no wardrobe/mirrors except in the toilets.

house is near to main attraction in ipoh such as concubine lane, ipoh night market, and so on

the shower is so slow and it’s a bit hard to shower because I’m travelling with group. also should check on the iron

This house got awesome facilities like shower heater , large parking space and even got netflix to watch movies . The environment is so clean and calm and even got some aesthetic vibes to this house . Can easily ootd in and outsids of this house Also , there is nearby aeon mall , night market and even the viral hollywood restaurant that serves delicious breakfast Very recommended and will book this house again if i come to Ipoh 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My tiny nitpicks is the TV does not have any other streaming choices except for netflix . I wish the TV also equipped with astro . The vacuum that been provided also was not charged at all so i cannot vacuum the crumbs.
