Had everything we needed , comfortable & a great location
I think the only negative would have been the floors weren’t swept which we did on arrival … everything else very clean & tidy .. but please don’t take this as a complaint , merely an observation..

Just looks like photos, 2 bathrooms make things easier for stay. Not far from shops, but away from busy town centre.
Probably need to bring your own shampoo, that’s the thing we need to get from the shop.

Perfectly located.
Neat, quiet and well appointed cosy home.
All the comforts of your home were available eg washing machine, coffee maker.
Bed was comfortable.
There wasn't a BBQ as thought. Didn't matter too much though as I used a frypan.

Self contained. Quiet. Comfy lounge. Good sized TV. 2 bathrooms. Spacious. Close to town. Good restaurants nearby.
Beds were a bit hard. Shower was not great in the ensuite. Weather was terrible.

The rubbish bin was full outside and the floor wasn’t that clean found hairs on the floors

Location is good in relation to town and the beach
Room came completely uncleaned. Dirty beds, linen, towels and more. The stay was a gift for my Mum who doesn’t get away much and she was devastated to have to clean the house herself when she arrived. Also the bed was mis advertised and as she brought her own sheets they didn’t fit.
Was offered a refund of the cleaning fee but this never eventuated.

There was a bit of a strange smell when we first walked in before we put the heating on. Not sure if it was from drains, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The sign outside the complex was not visible at all.
Especially at night time very difficult to locate the villa.
Overgrown bushes on the highway covering the sign.

Great location for visits to Wineries and sight seeing and we enjoyed returning to it at the end of the day for a relaxing evening. The location is very private and quite considering its only 100m or so off a major road.
TV Reception at night times sometimes cut out not that we watched a great deal of TV, more for convenience of news, weather updates.

The villa was spacious,clean and homely.
The shower pressure in both shower is very poor other than that it was a very good place to stay and I would come back and stay again

This was a fairly new build, so very nice, every little thing had been thought of, coffee pods, heaters in the rooms, lots of warm throw rugs, cushions. Lots of choice for pillows. location a little far to walk from the town centre at night, but otherwise doable in 20 minutes. Highly recommended and will hope to stay again soon
