The rooms were very clean, modern and tidy.

The bathroom didn’t seem to get cleaned on the weekend. There was no staff on site the entire time we were there. And it seemed to attract guests that liked to smoke inside their personal rooms, as well as the common rooms downstairs, even though it was meant to be non-smoking areas. With no one working on site, there was no one to make a complaint to about it.

Did not know this was backpackers when booked, room was very stuffy & smelt horrible. I know it was backpackers but the smell of dope was very strong as being smoked in laundry.

Staff were absolutely lovely! By far the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in. So so clean, beds were comfy & has shower/kitchen area was perfect. Lovely coffee shop here too :)

Not much actually... Other guests were lovely...

Timed air conditioning that once on, could not be turned off. Even though it was brand new, it felt sterile and almost prison like. Travelling solo with a child, so to find out I was staying in a room and sharing communal space with long term guests freaked me out. They ended up being lovely but not mentioned previously. Restaurant out the front till 10pm also not my idea of ideal....only 4 rooms away from ours.

Such a great hostel. Owners were friendly, beds were the comfiest I've stayed in. Facilities were great and very clean. Pizza and coffee on the attached cafe were great! Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Walls were fairly thin so if other guests were noisy you would definitely hear them. Nothing earplugs wouldn't fix though and I had no issues.
