Nicolle was the perfect host, very helpful with property access and always available to answer any questions. She gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat, as well as helpful with providing parking accommodations. She put a lot of charm and beautiful design details into Niki O. Charme! It is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful balcony and all modern amenities (including washer and dryer!!). All the comforts of home, and more. A really great value for the money. We hope to visit again. Thank you for everything.

bar downstairs was very loud until very late, but guess that is the price for central location

We stayed in the flat Niki O. Charme for 2 nights and can only warmly recommend it. The system with the electronic codes to get into the flat worked perfectly. Spacious old building, modern, perfectly renovated with kitchen, washing machine and very good double bed and equipment. The location is very central in the old town and very quiet. Niki gave us great insider tips for restaurants and bars.

Very central location and an extremely clean apartment

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment, fully renovated with modern amenities in an old historic building. The location couldn't be better,, with wonderful shopping and restaurants less than a minute from the apartment. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Niki was always available to answer any questions via What's App. We loved both Parma and the apartment and can't wait to return.

The only thing that we missed having were bedside outlets to charge our phones at night. We had to unplug a nightable lamp to do so, leaving just the overhead light for lighting. Also, there was rarely wifi available from the bedroom, but no problem in the livxingroom. While these were both inconveniences, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again, as it was so comfortable and in a fabulous location. .

the beautiful historic building with the stunning mosaics really make you feel like you are tasting historic Italy with modern comfortable beds and amazing large bathroom and shower. right in central Parma where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Dirty oven. Nicely decorated but no little “homely” touches. Quite dark, only windows looked out onto 2 courtyards, choice of scaffolding, porta loo and bikes or bikes and wheelie bins. I asked the host for help as apartment was cold, was told to increase temperature on air conditioning, I again asked for help an hour later as I was unsure if I was working the ac properly as we were not any warmer, and there were no instructions for the a/c or anything else for that matter in the apartment, although I could see the message had been read I did not get a response and had to contact again an hour later, I was told that it was illegal to put heating on until mid October and she didn’t see how else she could help me.

These apartments are absolutely stunning. Incredibly stylish, perfectly maintained, spacious and modern elegant design. Fully equipped kitchen, great for breakfast or apero at home. Not that you would want to stay at home for apero, with the location so perfect in the centre of Parma, amazing restaurants (suggestions provided by Niki herself).

Not a criticism of the apartments, but as with most Italian cities, the very inner city is a restricted zone for non resident parking, so you need to know you will park outside of this zone. In this case, an easy 5 mins walk away in secure underground carpark. It provides a lovely stroll through the old streets of Parma and is totally worth it in order to be able to stay in these great apartments.

The functionality of the space fully equipped.

The communications were perfect with the key codes exactly as needed. Very easy and timely!

A stunning place. Location in the heart of Parma. Wonderfully designed. A large clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable and if it weren't for the hostess's lack of service we would have given much higher score

The service of the hostess was outrageous. It was not possible to talk to her by phone, only on WhatsApp. Communication was very problematic. Upon entry, a set of towels is given to each guest. We stayed for three days in the summer and it definitely does not enough . It should be taken into account that the parking lot is 500 meters away and it is not possible to enter the apartment with the car because it is an area where it is forbidden to enter with a car. Another difficulty is that there are about 20 stairs that you have to climb on foot with your luggage to get to the apartment..

Beautiful, immaculate, and well positioned to enjoy the best of Parma. We were in Parma for only one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. Niki was a fabulous host and shared excellent suggestions for meals. She is always available. Highly recommend!!

Apartment is new and very well appointed, everything was perfect.

It is noisy at night because of its central position. So is better to use ear plugs.

Could use a dish drying rack. Light over stove did not work. Need directions or manuel for washer/dryer.
