Well equiped and cozy

Exceptionally clean and private.

Nice quiet location, lovely green setting, super spacious room with deck / patio and swimming pool access. Huge bathroom. Solar power so not affected by loadshedding, wifi stays on which is super important. It was very quiet when I was there.

Disappointing that there was no coffee machine as per the photos in this listing. This was one of the reasons why I picked the place. Only a jar of instant coffee was in the room which is not a real alternative in my view. I messaged the host that evening and asked if I could get at least a French coffee press . Unfortunately, I only got a response the next day to say the coffee machine broke the previous day. There was no French press available. Anyone liking and missing out on their morning coffee will understand my frustration :-) It felt more like an airbnb rather than a "guest house" as I didn't see any staff around, only a phone number to contact. FYI, the main house also seemed empty the night I stayed so not sure if anyone live there or if that's a rental too. I found it inconvenient in the evening when it was dark, as a solo traveller, that the entrance gate opened with a code for which you had to get out of the car and punch in a code rather than use a fob. Similar for the entrance door. Additionally to using a key, one had to punch in a long/complicated code to open it. Not convenient when your phone's battery just died and you didn't memorise it! FYI, there is also a connecting door in the room to the main house which I didn't notice this in the photos. It was locked obviously but I was surprised to see it.

The apartement was super nice and very clean. we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay a lot.

for us it was a bit difficult to remember and type in the door key combination. other than that we have nothing to complain about and would recommend this place.

Everything about this property is just perfect! The double vanity, the double shower, a touch of real plants here and there, the dogs (Tammy and Peppy), the host’s responsiveness and the property’s beauty were just on point. My fiancée and I got engaged on this trip so The Cottage Farm will forcer have a special place in our hearts.

Everything was perfect. I just wish the host would have welcomed us in person upon arrival, just to feel more at home.

Really nice and modern apartment in a safe are with secure parking. easy check in and check out, great dogs and rabbits, very stylish bathroom, comfortable bed!

The Cottage was amazing! The attention to detail, cleanliness, size of the room, ease of entry/exit, security and overall peace and quiet of the area, was wonderful. We highly recommend this Establishment to any discerning traveller.
