The house is beautiful.

The a/c was not working properly and we were told they knew it needed servicing. We were on the phone with them and they could not provide any assistance with getting the problem resolved. Due to young children and elderly in a party we had to vacate the premises. We were only there 90 minutes and did not mess up anything and requested a full refund. It was 83 degrees at 9pm in the house with out side temperature of 91 degrees. The next day the outside temperature was 104 degrees, there is no way the house would have been tolerable. I have contacted booking.com and still this problem is not resolved

Everything was amazing with our stay at the Pretty Peach Palace. Communication before was clear and informative. We arrived and the house was so clean and welcoming! I have stayed at many Air B&B's and this was by far the cleanest and taken care of one I have stayed at! There are plenty of beds and bathrooms. My daughter was playing a soccer tournament she had her own bathroom to clean up after games! It was easy to get anywhere in town. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again should we be back in Mobile overnight! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the welcoming feeling you got inside. The house is gorgeous, and with it being historic, it has a different uniqueness to it.

I didn't like the driveway. It's a little narrow, but it serves it's purpose. It does help that, there is an "alleyway" drive that circles around the properties and, you can circle around to get out, so that works. Also, I wish it were secluded, but the neighbors are so friendly!
