The house was well appointed, clean, and slept 7 adults comfortably. Centrally located in Buffalo made it easy getting everywhere we wanted.

The neighborhood could use some updating, but don’t let that scare you off. We felt safe, the neighborhood was very quiet, and parking on the street was easy.

Location is horrible, very bad neighborhood, the sofas were dirty and stained, the towels didn’t look clean too, the bedsheet and the comforters were not clean and not washed for new guests.

Combined with the warm hospitality of the management team, our experience in this apartment was nothing short of extraordinary, making it a perfect choice for families seeking a memorable and convenient getaway near Niagara Falls. They provided us plenty of towels. It was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay! It was so spacious and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient and quiet, and we parked right in front of the property. We will definitely be back.

The location was not ideal. My children felt unsafe and there were people watching us check-in and it felt very concerning.

Lots of room for large family. Everything was modern and clean. Easy access to city.
