Tolles Apartment, alles sehr sauber, hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Der Gastgeber hat an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen.

Nur ÜN gebucht. Ein kleiner „Tante-Emma-Laden“ im Haus und alle Arten von Getränken standen bereit und konnten äußerst günstig erworben werden. Eine super Idee!

Good car park and high quality finish in the apartment.
The washing machine and tumble dryer was not in the apartment (as we expected) but in a dingy cellar room, down the communal stairs. It was also a communal facility (so we couldn't turn it on then go out for the day). Secondly there was a notice stating that we were required to pay €2 PER USE of each machine! This despite the washing machine and tumble dryer being listed as included facilities. This didn't include the soap because the container was empty! This is a ripoff.

Super clean and the facilities were beyond expectactions. The host thought of everything for our stay to be as perfect and comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the possibility to buy food from a counter in the hallway and the trust box as a payment system.

It is clean, well located spacious apparemment, comfortable beds, free parking, drinks available (pay at the property), outside space/play area for kids.
No soundproofing, bring your ear plugs!

Large, clean and comfortable apartment with self check-in. Clear instructions and nice welcome. Beverages and food available in apartment for very reasonable price. Good equipped and cosy.

Excellent facilities, clean (!) and good quality items. They make you feel welcome, trusted & taken care of. Good place to spend a night if you have a family.
Fire safety: with several appartments-to-rent on top of each other and a tumble-dryer in the basement the single staircase is thé way to spread smoke and/or fire, but there are no other exits. Maybe it’s within regulations, but not ideal. There are ways to improve this.

The bedrooms were comfortable. The appartment was a good size and well-equipped. The hosts were very nice. It was good to be able to use the shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement at a reasonable price. It was close to the Autobahn, so it makes a good base for day trips by car. Although, we didn't need anything, there was a stock of food and drink available to buy.
The wifi only works for basic web surfing. You cannot check your email, make Whatsapp calls, or VPN to your office. The hot water runs out quickly, barely enough for 2 people to shower (there were 4 of us) and then it takes a long time to heat up again. The kitchen, although well-equipped, was lacking in worktop space so food preparation was challenging. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on.

The apartment was clean and fresh. The pillows and bedding were excellent. The parking was easy. The view from the windows was lovely farmland. The apartment is 20 minutes from Ansbach US military base and 30 minutes from Rothenberg ob der Tauber. My family would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was so nice. We felt very welcome and we even got little chocolates and candies for the kids. It is so perfect that there is food to sell right on the spot, so we don't have to go out and get an easy dinner. Perfect! We loved our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and bigger than I expected. The beds were comfortable and the check-out and check-in was very easy, because there is a key box where I could get and return the keys. There are also free parking spaces, which was very nice.

The appartement is spacious. I liked the welcome word addressed to my family. I loved the beds, the pillow and the duvet. The mattress was very comfortable. I liked the possibility to have a coffee from a coffee machine or beer and other drinks for a small extra charge, very reasonable. The fridge is not empty :-) I hope we’ll have an opportunity to stay there again.

Very nice and large appartment. The appartment is located in a very peaceful village. All the equipment was luxurious.

Very clean, spacious holiday apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Lovely views across the fields from the window. The apartment had everything you could wish for, including snacks and drinks for a few Euros.
The house itself is not very sound proof, it was a bit noisy in the morning with the people upstairs.

This is the second time that we used this flat. We came back because we think that it is excellent. The flat is really nice, very clean and very well equipped. The host is superhelpful and quick at replying when we write to her. We will use it again.
Mattresses are a bit too soft for our likings but it is a question of preference.
