Quite pricey for 1 night

Staff are always friendly and Andrew remember me from my previous stay some months earlier. Rooms are always clean, well equipped and perfect for my requirements.

A brief, advance notice advising us how to access the carpark before we arrived would have been helpful.

Great accommodation and would recommend the Sebel to anyone who want a great experience. Just very difficult to get a booking at the Sebel every month I travel to Wellington for work.

Everything was great during my stay at the Sebel.

I travel extensively for work and this Hotel was exceptional in every possible way. The Rooms decor was amazing Staff professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the extra luxuries that are not normally provided but very much appreciated.

Nothing everything about may stay exceeded my expectations.

There was no deck. And we went to do washing but there was a pair of underwear and singlet in the dryer 😑

It was very clean, very flash and nice! The location was great! Felt like royalty! Great views!

$20 for parking seemed a bit over priced and when I arrived I was quite flustered with the baby and there was no offer to help with my things or anything but that’s okay.

I had the eggs Benedict it the best I have ever tasted my elsewhereent

You need to make sure you have a duty bar manager on duty more often went for lunch and was informed the bar would not open until 2pm so we left and went elsewhere

Location is great, Grazie has great food. The room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable

Central location, restaurant on ground floor has amazing food. Bit pricy though. Hotel is new so not suprised :)

Hotel Cleaner opened my room door at 8am without knocking. Check out time isnt until 10-11am.🫣 Weirdo.

Everything was perfect

The suite was great with an oven, stove top and dishwasher. This was great because I could buy all my weekly food from the grocery store and not be reliant on eating out 3 times a day. The spacious room was perfect for my trip and was clean and modern. The garden view was nice and the location was perfect for my needs.

Cost of the open air carpark was too high and the gym is not actually on site, it's 300m away. The gym is Snap Fitness which was old, poorly maintained, worn out and small. This is no fault of the hotel though.

Close to where we wanted to be,new and clean

Family of five and we couldn’t be on same floor close to each other. Paid for parking and one night the parks were all gone,staff didn’t sort it out.

It was a great stay would stay again, staff were so helpful on all fronts, communication was brilliant, bright smiles every morning.

Parking was the only down fall, of this property.

The room was amazing and comfortable. Beautifully set up. All the small little finishes were just amazing.

The smaller part of the shower spits out water from the hose to the nozel so I used the big main over head part (unsure if thats the name) and like most motels, it would be so handy to have a toilet brush.

The staff were amazing, the parking was simple The room was decorated amazingly and felt so cozy Room service was fast too

The only thing was I ordered room service and it gives you the option to pay now or charge to the room. I thought I would pay now as then it’s sorted. When I went to check out the system wasn’t sure whether I had paid for it yet or not. This doesn’t bother me at all, and I know they will be getting used to their system but for future guests this would probably be a nice thing to get sorted out
