Firstly, I contacted the company with our concerns immediately upon entry and I was told they would speak with the owner and get right back to us and they never did. The apartment was not suitable for 3 people, it was too small, it was terribly claustrophobic with no windows, there was no Wi-Fi, the parking was unavailable for international travels (USA phone number and credit card not accepted). Light broken, no access to outdoors, washer but no means of drying clothes (not even a clothes line). Shower dangerous, no soap,or shampoo. Towels threadbare. Cost outrageous for facility! Owner lives upstairs, no direct or timely communication. Our refuse has been rejected. We are taking this up with our bank as well as social media s well as Booking.com. This treatment is outrageous. We left promptly by 8:00 a, and were so far refused a refund

Layout and attention to detail. Coffee, tea, biscuits. The much needed cold water bottles in the fridge along with milk and a variety of cereals on offer. Well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Bathroom had quaint stained glass panels. Lovely hand painted detail on the kitchen table. Made sure we used the coasters and table mats provided. Felt like a home from home. Co-op is just at the end of the road which was very handy.

Even with the heating off it was pretty warm. There are no reading lights in the bedrooms as there are quite large circular bulbs. Perhaps a coat hook or two in the main seating area.

Lovely apartment with little extras such as milk, bottles of water, brewing up stuff. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean too. It's just a 5 min walk to Windsor Castle so perfect location.

Excellent location and facilities.

The apartment was really clean and the host had kindly put a few things in the kitchen - eg cereal, tea / coffee etc.

The hob doesn't work which was very disappointing as we booked an apartment in order to cook. The shower in the small bedroom leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom floor.
