Hotel was good. Room staff food everything was good. But there was water issue.

Only good thing was the location and view from the room.

Very unhygienic way of things. Cats running around the dinning room. Old and shabby rooms for stay. Used crockeries and utensils lying idle for days outside. No one was there to pick up. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Bed covers had stains. Room heater should be a free amenity instead the hotel has charged it additional for Rs 300 that too cash. Geysers were not functioning properly. Food quality was not at all palatable. Buffet breakfast was very mediocre. Most importantly the complimentary water was not a bottled one. Not at all value for money.

Property is good, staff are good

Staff need to be more trained, check in & check out process should be smooth. Food Bill is not properly done.
