We didn't like anything at all, most horrible place, what the pictures displayed is totally opposite, room did not even have basic facilities, bedsheet was dirty, tv was hanging with no connection and the room was smelling badly, it canoot be called a hotel sort of dharamshala. This hotel needs to be immediately blacklisted

Theere was no hot water in the geazer. The room was not cleaned and had dust on the floor and trash under the bed. There were dried tea drops on the floor .

This is a magnificent hotel, it’s is maintained in spotlessly clean condition, it is in a very good location and the.It is very clean, lots of restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, very nice spa centre but most of all the staff are extremely helpful, they go above and beyond to help you, nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is done with a genuine smile and desire to please, breakfast is delicious · .

in this hotel is by far the most professional, well-mannered and educated I have ever encountered. The room was immaculate with a shower and bath tub, good restaurants, location, everything on point. this stay is very helpful
