It’s was a beautiful home, nice views and spacious.

We were a family of 6 and we only had 2 washcloths. I contacted the local POC about the air and the number of towels in the home. Owner and a/c person came out there was no change in the temperature inside the house. One bedroom never cooled off. We went to Walmart for washcloths and a fan to be comfortable.

the water where the boat was to pull up was less than 4 inches, there was throw up on the deck, the ceiling fans only worked with the lights on and neither of my dogs wanted to stay inside the house. The hardwoods were so oily I slipped down carrying stuff from car. we left before 8 am the following morning. I’m filing a complaint and demand a review with American Express.

it wasn’t clean or appropriate for a boat. The fans didn’t work.

The house is beautiful, incredibly clean, well-stocked with all the necessities, and very comfortable. It is really large, with a fully stocked kitchen with really nice appliances. The dining area was nicely set. There are two fireplaces, one in the dining area, one in the living room. There's a nice grill on the patio. Everything was top of the line. There was genuinely nothing to complain about. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy. It smelled as clean as it looked. There were so many games in the closet. We enjoyed playing boardgames like "Disney" Sorry when it rained. We really loved the deck. We even caught two fish off the back dock on our first morning there.

Our vehicle was broken into in the driveway. Make sure your doors are locked, or park in the garage and close the garage doors, but there are dishonest people everywhere, so it really wasn't the property owner's fault. The jets don't work in the master bath, but it's still a spacious tub that fills easily with plenty of hot water.

Rooms were nice sizes. Beds are very comfortable. Location was perfect for our weekend activities- wedding, Mid America Museum, car show, etc.

Dock is tucked back in an area where the lake trash flows into and settles. People can’t swim off the boardwalk. Worked fine for tying up our fishing boat. They need to add dock cleats to tie up boats.
