We were gratefully in the disabled room on the ground floor my friend has a bad back. This exceeded our expectations, great price and room was clean and large size

Everything. Filthy and mould all behind the bed Under window an on blinds. Hot water took ages to warm up,sink was blocked, shower dirty. Told there was breakfast included on website!!!! It wasn't Room was cold.😭😭😭😭😭 Didn't end up staying and waiting for a refund.

The bathroom light didn't work, the bathroom window wouldn't close. There were no staff on site.

The size of the room was huge

It was dirty..mouldy on the blinds with a couple of the slots missing..very dirty being the radiator..shower had mould (also on the bathroom ceiling as well) and the windows were locked shut and couldn't even open them to let in fresh air..very unhealthy for your health considering it was like black mould

Price and location, handy for town and what we needed, our room had beds for 3 if required, comfortable beds as well. Good hot shower, very clean. Nice and warm.

Noticed it was a bit noisy both from the outside (road) and inside, banging doors, stomping around (only house guests-but seemed louder at night, lack of carpets perhaps, didn't stop us from sleeping), could do with a table and chairs. Car park open to all. Could be a bit more secure. Breakfast would've been handy. Bathroom light bulb very temperamental. Hand towel reqd.

Got what we paid for. Location convenient, lovely park opposite, shops local. Mattresses comfortable.

Bedsheets torn on 2 beds. Everything worked but all had to be fiddled with to get it to work. Unfortunately our room had a blocked up door to adjoining room and the children were woken by other guests coming in after night out so disturbed night sleep

Basic bit clean Picked up keys from key safe out side so never saw any staff till the morning when handing keys in.

Arrived here to find no parking, people parked inconsiderately taking like 1 and half space. When asked the owner to see if one of the cars can be moved abit so I can fit mine in, she was like everyone was out, so I got annoyed and her to leave it I'll find somewhere then, I have to park 5 streets away. Should be advertised as no parking or first come first serve basis. The place is horrible, I'm sure it was previously an old peoples home, the place was drenched in strong smell of disinfectant (unbareable) probably to mask the old smell. As we was on the 1st room near the main entrance. We could hear everyone coming in and out. Especially getting woken up at 5am by drunk people coming in singing and being loud. Near again this place.

First night sleep and the 2 staff I met

Rest of stay had to leave due to rain leaking through roof of floors above into ours and several others placeneeda shutting down people smoking weed in rooms. That have been put there by council etc not. A hotel at all avoid at all costs

The friendliness of the staff. The hotel was comfortable and clean

Awful. Front door key is same as room key which means everyone with a front door key can enter your room! Wouldn't leave any of my valuables in there because of this. Very very unsettling Mould literally all over. Not a guest house or hotel, it's a hostel and that's being generous to be honest. Left before check out because it was unbearable to be in for any unnecessary time. Dreadful

Good location. Cheap and cheerful hotel. Fine for one night stay. Good for local transport. Supermarket and pub nearby. Car park at hotel.

Old style property. No one in attendance. Phone number communication. Basic accomodation . Old bed passed its best. Small toilet and shower.

The staff are lovely and nice and thank you to Lauren and the staff at the park view guest house

we were in room 1 and could hear everyone coming in and leaving the premises - also tue dropping of keys were very loud

I've never stayed in such a poor room whilst in a B&B or hotel. Avoid at all costs.

This is a lovely guest house and the room was very large. The staff were very helpful, it's in any easy to find place and was more than suitable for my family of 4.

Bathroom needs a good batch of mould removing spray on it to get the patches off, the travel cot we requested wasn't there when we arrived so my partner had to go and find one in the building, the bed was comfy but far to soft we kept rolling in to the middle so it was OK for one night but anymore and I think my back would have been agony.
