Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Entry door hard to open. Carpet on floor wrinkled. No power point for sleeper on left of double bed. No bedside lights for reading in bed. Tap in bathroom drips for a long time after use. Towels are only bath size. Smaller towel would be useful. Receptionist helpful if asked for information but needs to smile at patrons.

Attitude, unfriendly and un helpful staff. No crockery or cutlery to be able to have breakfast. Microwave there but unable to use it due to lack of crockery. We will not be staying again.

Everything. Dirty, broken, smelt bad. Reception was messy with paperwork spread everywhere. The blankets on bed were dirty. Rubbish left inside drawers, bathroom filthy, definitely not worth the $200 a night. Beds were so uncomfortable, didn’t feel safe. We took in turns keep watch throughout the night due to fear for safety

Not up to standard but beds were comfortable and staff were helpful. I guess you get what you pay for. As I was travelling home it was a very short stay.

Very run down, there was broken furniture, some of the lighting didn't work, the room smelled of cigarettes and the door jammed, so it was difficult to open.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here, you will regret it. I have nothing positive to say.

Upon entering the room we were instantly disappointed. The drawers on the dresser were broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was broken and mouldy, the glass door to the balcony was cracked and did not close properly. On the second day of our stay, the staff entered our room without knocking or announcing their entry, and proceeded to inform us that they had been in our room 2 hours prior without our knowledge. They then told us that they needed to do some repairs to the room that had to be done that day (Saturday) and proceeded to continually enter our room for the next 2 hours. The mess they created doing these “repairs” was not cleaned up and they were not apologetic about the inconvenience they caused. The next day (Sunday) we returned to our room after going to breakfast to find the door to our room left unlocked, as they had again come to our room to do more “repairs” without our knowledge. When I complained about our lack of privacy and security, they did not care or try to do anything to make up for this. The repairs they did to the room were terrible and did not actually fix anything. I have attached photos of the before and after of the ceiling in the bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE.
