The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty. All the linen was very clean and smelt fresh. The room was warm. It was quiet and we slept well. It is a great location for visiting Norwich and has its own parking.

Staff were not overly friendly. Perhaps some would consider them to be stern. Breakfast was functional. Room was pleasant, if not a little stuffy. Bathroom was fine but a little tired.

This place was friendly welcoming very clean good size rooms (wife commented it smelt nice) less than 2 minute walk to city nice pub 2 doors away breakfast was one of the best we have had

We were up stairs their are a few steps up and down to the room only a minor thing make sure you book parking if required as they rent carpark to day visitors to the city
