Everything. The van was clean, warm, well-equipped and excellent value. It was close to where I was working for the week and being able to self-cater meant I wasn't tied in to set meal times. Communication with the owner was very good.

I couldn't figure out how to get the Wi-Fi working, but that's more to do with site rather than the actual accommodation.

Accommodation was very nice ,very clean, beds very comfortable etc , Freddie Mercury was good, chip shop was good, other shows in evening was ok to and pool was good.

Bit further away from bigger shops for food and shop on site was ok but Bit dearer but we got round it ok and had good stay so all good and nice time and nice break .

Where it is situated both within the park and geographically, couldn’t be closer to the beach if we tried. There was a hoover, iron and ironing board and a kettle.

The microwave smelt like it hadn’t had a clean in a while. There were dead blue bottles and spiders in most rooms. There was food debris left in the fridge.

Changed key boxcode at last minute. Cooker knobs we're missing and cooker was a bit naff. Curtains full of moth holes. It stunk of cigarette smoke in the caravan when we arrived.

location was excellent, just close enough to the entertainment area. spacious living area. the caravan was spotless when we arrived. shower lovely and powerful.

hubby said that the mattress was uncomfy but I found it fine. a broom would have been handy and the dining table was wobbly but that can easily be rectified.

The fridge was smelly when we arrived.

My mother and I arrived to the caravan slightly earlier and was able to check in, we knew the van may not have been cleaned and due to very unfortunate circumstances the cleaner wasn’t able to make it. Richard (the vans owner) came to the van and cleaned it straight away (might I add when we arrived it was still lovely and clean). It was my birthday and Richard also left a cheeky drink which was such an amazing touch. Lovely large caravan, modern facilities throughout, the shower is amazing and beds were comfy. There is absolutely everything you need at the caravan from cleaning bits, iron, hairdryer to beach chairs and windbreakers for a day out on the beach which is literally a few minutes walk! Richard was super helpful with any questions I had and responded to any questions asap! As no one was arriving the day we were due to leave, we were also able to check out later so was able to fit in another day on the beach! Overall this was an amazing experience 10/10 and I mainly put that down to our host! I will 100% be booking this caravan again! THANK YOU SO MUCH, ALL YOUR EFFORTS WERE TRULY NOTED AND APPRECIATED!😊 About the site: There’s also a pool, park and entertainment on site, didn’t use the pool however the entertainment was great , staff also very friendly! Food and drinks if needed to purchase. (We also didn’t have to pay extra to go into the entertainment area which was great)!

Good contact with the owner. Resort is very close to the beach. Inside all clean and in good condition.

There are no net curtian so during the day everything is visible from outside.

The location - so close to the enormous beach - is great. It's also close to Rye, which is lovely, with lots of independent shops, and where we did a 2 hour history walk. The caravan itself was very clean and the communal living space is comfortable and plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Plenty of hot water even with 4 adults getting ready in the morning. The main double bedroom is a good size and comfortable, with plenty of storage. We didn't use the park facilities and activities so can't comment on them, but there were no problems with noise on the site, even though it must have been busy over the Easter weekend.

The additional bedrooms are small for adults, with narrow beds and not much storage, although that's probably inevitable given it's a caravan! We had our 26 and 23 year old with us, so they were OK with one twin bedroom each. I think it would be quite difficult to have 2 adults sharing either of them - but great for kids!

The caravan was great. It had everything you'd need.

I'm sorry but the mattresses weren't the most comfortable.
