This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was no lobby. I don’t even believe this was even a hotel seems more like an apartment building. Called luxury suites. This was not in Luxury at all. I couldn’t find the trash disposal. I walked in The walls were all scuffed up. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, spots in the shower hadn’t been cleaned then was a hole in the shower. There was a dirty spot on the dresser that hadn’t been clean, so I’m not sure if the whole room had even been cleaned. The door/window to go to the balcony did not open. The remote for the TV didn’t have properly working batteries. The TV kept glitching back to the home screen. There was patchwork all over the room. And the customer service was trash after I made all these complaints.

The balcony , even though room and view did not appear the same from pictures to in person
The bed I was expecting a big bed, smallest bed I’ve slept In sleeping in a hotel room. That was very uncomfortable n unpleasing having my feet hang off the bed I’m only 5’3, my boyfriend is taller than me so I felt even bad for him and it was his birthday weekend. Very disappointing

Me room was missing the remote to TV, I. Informed them pretty late, and customer service let me into another unit to get a remote, however that did not work as well. So I didn’t have any tv my whole stay.

Do not go to this hotel, spend the extra $200 and stay at the Marriott.
They have bed bugs, the sheets on the bed was dirty and had an awful smell, they break into the cars that was parked on the street, the elevator was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is the worse possiable, locked between freeways and construction work, no shops, restaurants in the area, like an urban wasteland. sunlight pure through transparent blinds, cant sleep. complaint about a lack of blanket and asked to cancel 2nd night of stay. refused.

It is not right that the price says for example: $309 for the 2 nights and I as a client end up paying $456.64
The property sends too many emails, with too much repeated information, such as asking one to download their application in order to access the property.
There was no soap on the property.
When I called their customer service, the person who answered me was NOT friendly.
In the reservation I requested the parking service, when I arrived at the park they told me that they had no knowledge.

No staff there. They gave me the wrong code to get into my room. I had to keep calling a customer number and let it ring about 20 times for someone to pick up. It took me about 1hr to actually get into my room.

There was no staff on site to assist. Took me two hours to get my room. was sent directions one minute after check-in time and when it was received I was giving three different rooms to try and use codes to get into. It was very frustrating I would never go back to this hotel.

We did not like anything. They never even gave us a room number, despite already paying $255 for it PRIOR to our trip to New York. We paid just over $255 for 2 days and 1 night, but got NO SERVICE in return whatsoever. This company's so-called "24/7 Line" didn't even answer the phone until my fourth or fifth time calling. When they finally did answer the phone, it wasn't even from the Global Luxury Suites at The Arches in Bronx New York. They were answering from the location in Alabama and said that they would "send the Bronx location an email for us," also telling us that they "didn't know when the Bronx location would reach back" and even proceeded to ask if this message was "urgent" when we were literally STRANDED. I have never been more disappointed in my life. Thanks for leaving us stranded in New York and robbing us of $255. I will be taking legal action.
Just about everything. A clean lobby would have been ideal, we never got that. A HOTEL ROOM would have been nice to have, also never got that. The place had a parking garage to the left of it, but even then -- we had to pay for parking because it was not part of the hotel.

What is there to like? The place does not have a front desk. They double book the rooms and refuse to refund. They are scamming people.
I booked the hotel for 4 days, when I got there they gave my room away. They are a whole bunch of scammers. I thought it was just me they doubled book but there were 4 more people with the same problem. When I called the number in the front; it was not working and they do not have a front desk. They also said they will not refund the money. I paid for the room even though I didn’t stay in there because they gave my room to someone else

The room was so clean and comfortable the bathroom beautiful enough room for a couple the shower was everything romance happened there and such a beautiful balcony that we sat out there the first day we got there it just was a zen moment oh and let's not forget the way you enter your room with numbers your personal numbers I couldn't have felt any safer thank you but overall you just have to have your own experience I enjoyed mine again thank you.
