the design is stylish! comfortable, authentic, clean and with good privacy (although we share the villa with others but we never meet them actually) The host is responsive and patient as well!

No air conditioner, could be too warm to sleep in July

Everything, the welcoming host, the location, the huge space full with plants at the entrance area. The little details everywhere. An extraordinary combination of nature and design! It‘s a perfect location for people who love the César Manrique inspired design! You will not be disappointed. It‘s a design lovers dream. I would love to come back and book another appartement sometime!

Without exegeration this was the most beatiful accomodation we've ever been in! It is even better than in photos. Authentic with every room and corner designed to be special but also super clean, comfortable, perfectly supplied and pratical. The garden was the star of it all! We didn't lack a single thing and in case you might, Franco and Alex will take care of it. Have to mention that we were welcomed with the vine from Lanzarote.Tias is a quite lovely place for those who like to experience local atmosphere. Rent a car at the airport and enjoy the island but don't forget to reserve the time for the house and garden, it is a unique experience. We will definitely come back!

The villa was really nice, spacious with a fantastic garden and a shared kitchen and barbeque area. The host was very thoughtful and friendly, welcoming us and giving us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be really happy to come back again!
