Location was great, on top of the mountain.

Temperature was difficult to adjust, it was either on all the time or off, couldn't regulate it with the thermostat. The cleaning crew definitely didn't do a great job. There was food on the dining room floor and the table wasn't wiped down. The blinds in the living room didn't open or close either.

It could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was toothpaste still in the sink, a used bar of soap as well. And hair stuck to the floor, toliet and shower

The view of grandfather mountain at sunrise was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of blankets were provided. The white linens were sparkling clean including the towels and shower curtains. It was good to have a kitchen with adequate utensils and a nice cast iron skillet we could use...and a dishwasher. Although guest parking was a few parking lots away, the shuttle service is great. The hot tub and pool were the reason for choosing this place. It was great to have a hot tub after a day of skiing.

The place needs a good cleaning. The carpets looked and felt as if they hadn't been vacuumed after several rentals. It can use a deep cleaning. The hard floors need mopping. I dried the floors in the bathroom after I spilled some water and the floors were black with filth. The worst part is that the couches and comforters on the bed had what seemed like dried body fluids all over them. Comforters and couches need to be cleaned. The kitchen chairs need to be replaced since they are too filthy to even touch. The microwave didn't work and sparked when we tried to heat up a Styrofoam cup with water. They have a nice set of silver rimmed china but I suspect that other guests might have tried to use them in the microwave. The electrical outlet for the microwave and coffee maker was pulled out of the wall. I moved the coffee maker to another outlet. The light over the kitchen table flickers when another appliance is in use. Might be faulty electrical or just a bad light bulb. The non-stick pans have been abused and need to be replaced. With all this said, eventhough housekeeping isn't doing a good job, a lot of it is caused by guests not doing their part by taking shoes off at the door, being tidy and not use metal utensils in non-stick pots.

I loved the location, views, and ammenities. The new tavern menu was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The code was wrong and it took 3 different ones to get into the rooms. The chlorine was very strong in the pool area.

Received message room was ready but the front desk said it wasn't. No mattress pads on the bed- they were wadded up in the laundry room, The filters were dirty and the laundry room was dirty and disorganized, Trash left in the fireplace. Oven in kitchen was dirty. House needs a deep clean and fire the maid, There isn't a lot of parking area so you have to use a shuttle to the hotel every time.

Pros: Mountain view was great:) Full kitchen in condo:) Cons: Poor sleep due to bad master bed foundation & very noisy heating system:( Toilets not cleaned. Vacasa reservation confusion, but Booking.com was great.
