Odličan hotel. Izuzetna usluga i predusretljivost gostu, dobili smo komforniju sobu i produžen boravak. Hrana na nivou odličnih restorana, švedski sto za doručak i večeru. Spa centar zadovoljava, bazen, maser, parno kupatilo i dve saune... Hotel pozicioniran u samom centru, mogućnost za šetnje i obilazak okolnih vrhova sa iskusnim vodičem... Svaka preporuka.

Small pool, bad parking, small ropms without terrace

Very stylish hotel, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Guests are offered free late check-out on Sundays.

Only one elevator and uncomfortable, quite dangerous stairs.

Location, hotel was only 2 years old. Fresh mountain air. Food was good.

TapWater 💦 in the hotel was not for drinking. Bathing only.

Nice room,nice location

Front desk staff must be more polite. Smile is nice option for start. It’s 4 star hotel,so….. Lack of value for money… Similar hotels on other locations have much better food and staff for same price.

everything was great : food , room , stuff etc. Thank a lot for offering late check out. unfortunately we couldn’t use it.

no soft drinks at dinner ( including water) . Everything for extra payment the spa zone was cold at 10 a.m.

Good hotel , with nice location , tasty food , clean rims and very kind stuff

no soft drinks for dinner , only for extra payment. There are little holes on Finnish’s sauna door, which could be fix with rubber line.

The hiking tour lead by a professional, organized by the hotel. The ambiance and interior decor. Although not a huge variety of dishes for the dinner, it was very delicious.

Breakfast was buffet, but every day the same. The dinner does not include drinks, but are charged separately. They have a spa that is o.k. but not operated well: for instance, the steam room was not working all the time. On another occasion, although the spa opens at 10 am, it was not heated at all at 11 am, until I asked for assistance. Also the tiles in the spa are slippery. The parking is awful - a muddy yard behind the hotel. It should be covered with enough gravel and parking spaces should be marked. Room is nice, but it misses balcony.

Room was really spacious, modernly furnished and warm. Bed was really comfortable (hard mattress) and wide. Food selection for breakfast and dinner was good. Waiters at the restaurant and in the lobby bar were really nice.

Nobody came to clean the room for the entire length of the stay?! Not even to take the garbage out. The restaurant and lobby bar are overwhelmed with cigarette smoke, which is awful taking into account the number of small children that were in the hotel. The children playroom is pretty small, and seems as if it lacks maintenance and regular cleaning. The "silent" part of the spa is not really silent, as bigger children kept leaving the door between the pool and silent spa open, and using the steam bath and saunas even though not meeting the age limit.
