We had a four room suite .All the rooms were clean and big. The linen was clean and fresh .The bathrooms were big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The estate manager and the Property owner were in constant touch with us enquiring about our well being at the property .The food served was hot and tasty. The highlight was the complimentary campfire set up exclusive for our group.

My friends and I chose Casa Arhan together as we were meeting up in India. Unfortunately we had the most terrible time with this establishment, wr liked nothing about it as the guesthouse owners extorted us to pay cash on arrival, were unbelievably rude and said they would take our deposit if we didn’t show and pay cash by making booking.com force us to pay. Despite drawing 60 000 rupees to pay for the 5 nights for which we have an invoice and witnesses, the establishment marked us as a no show today on the day of departure (4 nights later). Unbelievable. Awful.

Idols and statues everywhere. not suitable for guests who are not Hindu

Location is good , Food is Good ,

Far from Mall Road I have car then ok ,otherwise walking takes 20 min ,due to hill stations food price on higher side also need to revise price

The stay was awesome and food was amazing. The food was served hot n delicious and immediately. The rooms were clean n comfy. Manager Mr Ravi immediately arranged room heaters and cab facilities wen asked for. The host always responded immediately to our calls and made sure about our comfort. They had arranged bon fire n snacks for us which we really enjoyed. Overall a wonderful experience and value for money. Will definitely recommend for friends and family :)

A perfect stay with great views from the penthouse. I went with my family of 6 Adults and 2 kids and It was just like being at home. Very friendly and cooperative staff. The owner had been available all the time on calls and texts. They arranged a bonfire too. The food is amazing. Heating facilities, geysers, blankets, pillows all are available in extra quantity. All required amenities including kitchen. Just go for it.
