The location was great.

1. A The jacuzzi was full of debris 2. Only one of the 4 corners jets were partially working (2 of the 8 jets) The other 3 corners were not functioning at all. So all and all only 2 of the 20 jets were functioning. 3. The hot water in the home was not working at all, only providing ice cold water throughout the home. 4. My partner hear something crawling in the ceiling of the bathroom We took off time from work and drove 3 hours to arrive at the home we rented that was clearly not in as advertised condition. We immediately requested a full refund and left the home early the following morning, in exactly the same condition we found it in. (we have photos and videos that document our stay very well) no We again requested a full refund and they ran us in circles for several days until finally refusing to refund us for the total amount charged $1,790.19. Instead they refunded us only $242. When I told them that was not acceptable they responded by giving us another $100 refund, for a total refund of $342. Only adding insult to injury. So all and all we were charged $1,448.19 for staying in a property, that was absolutely not in advertised condition, for one out of the 4 nights we booked. All and all, not a great experience.
