The room was very comfortable. Location was close to the beach and a variety of eating options. The coastal pathways are perfect for a scenic run or stroll.

Because I booked through booking.com I assumed I would collect keys from reception like i have with every other booking I've made. Unfortunately reception had no record of the booking. Upon reading my booking confirmation email, I realised I had to drive to an industrial area which was a couple of kilometres from the accommodation to collect the key. Also had to go out of my way to drop the keys back... different location as they had moved since I collected the key. Not great customer service from 'Welcome Ready' who advertise on booking.com.

Location was perfect. Loved it. Comfortable stay.

Some of the appliances could do with an update. The dishwasher was very loud and couldn’t have it running whilst watching the TV in the evening. The washing machine, also very loud. Left black marks on our clothing. 3 days of luke warm water. Once notified was resolved very quickly. Thankyou. Freezer handle loose. Needs repairing. Trouble with remote. Batteries needed replacing. Spare batteries and light globes left somewhere would be good. Bedrooms- need better block out blinds on window behind TV in master. Single room, kids wore eye masks as window covering didn’t block out light very well. Lights on all night outside. FYI - These were little things that would make it a better stay, however we still had a wonderful stay. Maybe a few things owner needs to address.

The TV was very hard to operate, we gave up and this was not acceptable for someone who wants to chill out and watch the footy.

Apartment, location, restaurants, view. Fantastic location. Park the car and walk everywhere
