Peace and quiet, liked the decor, owners are lovely people who welcomed us, and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area
There was nothing to not like, but I think that there should be a small shelf or small unit underneath the mirror in the dressing room, to put your make-up bag or hairdryer on. Maybe a full length mirror in one of the other bedrooms?

We loved our stay here. This is a fantastic house and Padraic was a great host. He met us on arrival and went through the practicalities of the house, making sure we knew how everything worked. We didn't need to contact him during our stay but knew we could if we had any questions, which was good to know.
The house is beautiful, really well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our country retreat.

Beautiful historic house, completely redone and extremely clean. We enjoyed the quiet countryside with bonus castle view. Enough bedrooms for all of us!

Very queit rural location with village a couple of km away. House was spacious, warm and comfortable. Warm welcome from hosts. Tidy garden, comfortable beds. There's so much space in this house so it can swallow up all your guests and it feels very relaxing. As an aside there are many great places to eat locally.
Nothing really. You need to expect some quite narrow local roads and you need a car but these comments are not to do with the house but you need to know this regarding the location so it does not surprise you.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. When you wake up you can only hear the birds and the distant mooing of the cows. Padraic is very friendly and helpful provided us with lots of usefull information. The house is clean, cozy with spacious rooms and provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely like to return.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for our family get away. Patrick was very accommodating and provided us with lots of local information. The house was comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. We would definitely like to return.

This is a gorgeous house and beautiful location. They couldn't do enough for you. It was so peaceful and I can recommend this place to anyone. We got a wee bit lost heading there but he met us and we followed him to the house. Honestly nothing was a problem.

The property was clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Padraic had everything prepared for our arrival and even had milk in the fridge which was a nice added touch. The facilities were fantastic, the house was comfortable and worked well for our group.

If you’re looking for a remote location, away from the usual busyness of the city, then this is certainly the place for tranquility.
The views are breathtaking and the location is perfect for hiking activities. The owners are very accommodating and all your facilities for a pleasant break are available.

Love it all, so rural which is what we are used to and like. Place clean, tidy and comfortable for the 7 of us. Lovely people

was a lovely house so relaxing, Cath and partner was amazing so helpful , had everything we needed if not we asked and was turned around within minutes

Place was wonderful. Expecially if you're looking for a getaway from the city. This is the perfect place for it. Peaceful.

Everything was perfect great welcome from Pádraig and could not do enough for us. The house is finished to a extremely high standard as in furniture, decoration and facilities. Ideal position to get away from everything. Good WiFi provided
