Great and very welcoming staff A big room, rather modest, but for 1-2 nights is ok. A great plus is a fridge and hot water in the bath. We had breakfast at 6 a.m. ,which is exceptionally useful when leaving early in the morning for a safari. You can order dinner, and after an hour, it will be ready - very tasty! We ordered chicken and burger, portions are good. A good location: not far from the Arusha airport, also close to 2 supermarkets, where you can buy food or wine.

Was rather cold in the room

Het personeel was zo aardig. We konden onze tassen er laten staan tijdens safari en ze wilden je altijd graag helpen. Zwembad, tuin, kamers... alles was prachtig!

O que não funcinou, neste hotel a cozinha, comida muito lenta para chegar até à mesa, mesmo tanto muito pouca gente na hora do jantar, e mesmo pedindo com 40 minutos antes a comida demorava 1 hora a chegar até nós. Estadia com poucas opções para 1 ou 2 noites para o desenrasca é no mínimo bom. ÁGUA do banho corre muito pouco. Tambem só recebem dinheiro, não têm multibanco para nada.

I booked a triple room for the same price and the size and view were great

The TV didn’t work, hot water didn’t work, the power went off for hours and no coffee making in room. They did bring some when I asked in a thermos because the power was off.

Nice staff

Our bathroom tap/shower sprayed brown and boiling water, impossible to take a shower/clean ourselves. The staff tried their best to fix it but was still not great and definitely not what we were expecting. Food was mediocre and took an hour to cook despite there only 2 tables of guests, limited breakfast selection.

Great location, specially if you are staying in Arusha for a Safari. The service is excellent, they are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.
