Great bed and facilities. Place is very clean and check in process super comfortable and accessible. Bed is very comfortable and room is HUGE. Please note that the place is more of an Airbnb rather than an actualt hotel which took me a bit by surprise. Hotel responds well through Booking.com messanger otherwise there is no one on the premises.

I like that we had our own code to enter the home and room, coffee in the room.

Unable to use closet in the room because love seat was in the way; neighborhood was very noisy with 18 hrs of daylight; it was hot at night and was not made clear that there was not AC in the room only fan and thermostat on wall is a heater not AC.

A beautiful property- very spacious- very clean- very well appointed kitchen- comfortable furniture- enjoyed the deck. Liked the contactless check-in and check-out- emailed the codes. I would highly recommend.

Had issue with internet. They provided alternate secure connection Room was clean and comfortable. No other issues.

The room was brand new and very well maintained. The hallways looked to be newly carpeted.

The parking area could be improved. There is no air conditioning which at times could be a problem.

Great room..nice and clean

The property and the room were nice overall and good for what we needed. it was close to downtown which was also very nice.

No AC, which we understand most places in Fairbanks don’t have AC, but even with the windows fully open and the fan on, the room was constantly near 80, even getting up to 81 at one point. Most of the time the room was 77 degrees or warmer.

Lovely facility with comfortable furnishings and facilities. Beautiful decoration and an excellent personalised locking system. Whilst we never met the hosts, they were very helpful.

That there was a spot to plug in vehicle.

Bed had sharp wooden corner hidden by comforter. Walked into it…caused bruising. Suggest some type of padding to prevent.

my room was beautiful and comfortable.

I was with friends who were on the other side of the place so I never got to see them. Toilet paper holder is broken. Not a big deal.

The place was nice and in a nice neighborhood. Soft bedding, laundry facilities, kitchen and spa tub.

The bathroom door was hung crooked and it took two people to close. Once closed we never opened it again. The ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be used because it would hit the posters on the 4 poster bed, there was left over laundry from washing the cleaning rags and bedding. The ceiling fans were filthy, a 1 inch dust strip on both. And the outdoor hot-tub did not exist. The main reason we book this place was for the hot-tub. We planned to soak in it while watching the northern lights. Instead of a hot tub we had broken pieces of glass on the back porch. Very disappointed in this stay because it has so much potential to be a great place. It was supposed to be fully stocked but there was no sugar for coffee, only 2 envelopes of hot chocolate, no ice trays, only enough shampoo for one shower, no laundry detergent. We had to go buy everything.

An absolute Gem. Great location, clean, comfortable, quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants.
