Everything! A perfect stay, within walking distance of everything in town. Very quiet at night and very well appointed inside.

Absolutely loved the decor in the Villa. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, and awesome location! Would definitely recommend.

Great villa for a short break - excellent facilities and communication from hosts top notch - arriving and using code for entry very easy.

The bathroom. With more elderly people using BNB I think a non slip mat in the shower is needed. Also there wasn’t a shower cap or enough liquid gel for 2 people for 3 days. We also found the lack of fresh air very difficult.

Excellent accommodation . Private car park. Quiet location yet close proximity ( walking) to town centre ,restaurants, cafes,bakeries, shops.

Very central property and even though close to one of the traffic roads extremely quiet. the property was very clean and the fixtures gave the accomodation a real high end feel.

Place exceeds the expectations. Beautifully designed and decorated, spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, and spa bath was just amazing. Perfect location close to the city centre. Super friendly owners. Will definitely book again.

We would have rated the property 10 out of 10 but it needed to have a king size bed to finish off that luxurious feel and justify the price we paid. The other disappointment was the lack of instant hot water. It took forever for the hot water to get through especially in the shower which wasted a lot of water unnecessarily

We loved this place the second we walked in. Very clean, convenient location (bonus Aldi is directly across the road), the spa tub is superb, comfortable bedding. Even has washing facilities. Could not recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again if we were to revisit Warrnambool.
