L'accès au bâtiment et aux clefs du logement étaient faciles. Les propriétaires étaient discrets mais disponibles en cas de problème. L'appartement était propre et bien placé. Il y avait une télévision avec accès aux différents services de streaming. L'appartement est calme.
Nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous garer plus près que le parking pour décharger les bagages, mais c'est la configuration de Lens qui veut ça. Il arrive parfois de trouver des places dans la rue tout de même.
Il manquerait juste une petite penderie :-)

This is the second time we have stayed here. Happy with the size of the apartment, how easy it is to check in, and location.
Our room smelt of smoke when we arrived, and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't as good as we had the first time. Raised the smoke issue with the host at the time.

Schönes, kleines Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Alles ist fussläufig gut erreichbar. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer verfügte über eine kleine Kochzeile, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe waren vorhanden. Außerdem standen Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Olivennöl und zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Das Bett war sehr angenehm zum Schlafen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern verlief schnell, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Änderungswünsche wurden sehr entgegenkommend erfüllt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns ein wenig in die kleine Stadt Lens verliebt. Die Stadt lebt nicht von touristischen Attraktionen, sondern von der Herzlichkeit ihrer Bewohner. Danke für alles!

Un alloggio simpatico, vicino a tutti i servizi. È un vecchio edificio sapientemente ristrutturato. La biancheria era pulita e profumata. Il letto comodissimo.
Le scale avevano i gradini più piccoli che abbia mai visto. Il nostro amico che porta 48 di piede non si sentiva molto sicuro.
Il pavimento scricchiola molto.

Le digicode en panne, une heure d'attente sur le trottoir pour avoir une solution. Puis ensuite pas de possibilité de sortir de l'appart car crainte de ne pouvoir rentrer de nouveau 😕

La localisation par rapport au stade Bollaert ou je suis venu voir un match. Mais aussi au musée du Louvre qui est sur le meme lieux.

Nice apartment and good location. Spacious, very clean and cosy and seems to be recently renovated and furnished. Had a great night's sleep as beds were comfortable. It has a little hob and all what you need for cooking - pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Also coffee machine and pods for coffee lovers and complimentary cookies.
The previous comments on complicated narrow staircase gave an impression that it's very hard to get in but in reality it's not as bad at all, probably only might be a bit difficult for the people with mobility issues, but nothing extraordinary.
The hosts are very helpful. They send all information on booking and easy to contact afterwards.
Overall, happy with our stay and would book the place again.
Only for those with higher vehicles. Nothing to do with the appartment but we found it difficult to figure out the parking around without understanding French and there's no payment machines. The hosts give directions to the free parking lot nearby but height of the vehicle is restricted there and we couldn't use it because of our roof box. Apparently it is allowed to park on the street during the night so we managed to get away with it.

host seems very friendly and helpfull via booking, nice vibe in the appartement and quiet and nice night there.
wish there would be owen, i bough pizza for dinner and came home to find out is no owen, but if you read about this before or know of this then ofc this is no problem, i probably just didnt read this.
the parking was abit confusion, a street name was given but it was white line and parking just outside the appartement where it would be legal to stay, so i didnt have to drag my baggage from this other street where it was blue lines meaning only 1h parking, but i gambled and stayed there over night and got no tickets so thats fine.

Comfortable place and good value. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was very communicative and available. Good local amenities just a stone throws away.
The wifi didn't work until I figured out the problem - the repeater had an incorrect password set and switching it off resolved the problem allowing me to hook into another flat's repeater. The stairs are very steep, not that you can change that but it is something to be aware of if you struggle with that sort of thing.

There was no hot water upon arrival but the reaction of the host was immediate and very efficient! He offered another apartment close to the one I've booked! Also, the host arranged the return of the computer charger that I had forgotten upon departure! Everything was perfect and I thank the host for the excellent stay!

Liked the area, parking was free and only a short distance walk. Little town with a good few things to do, short drive to bigger places. Was very quiet, relaxing and the owners messaged to make sure we had checked in alright. Would stay again

A beautifully furnished apartment. The provided mineral water, tea and coffee pads, as like with the vinegar and olive oil, were a welcome gift that makes you feel good after a long drive. Thank you!
The parking situation was not optimal. There were not reserved parking places (car ports) in front of the appartment. If this will be orgenized, it will be a stay wchich you will have all possibility to have a great time.

Very clean, good firm bed and within walking distance of town centre/train station. Lovely little terrace to sit on in Eryn apartment.
The stairs to the first floor (Eryn flat) were very narrow steps and might be more difficult for less active people.
