Room not hygiene, Tv not working, phone line not working, not proper service, No handwash no shampoo... Just like a room ...!!! Pathetic

Location was somewhat good.

The room was stinky. Light switch was not working. They have same keys for all the rooms and someone else entered my room with that key and that made me feel unsafe. Also washroom and bed were totally worst. The staff also of no use.

1. It says the room has a balcony but there was no balcony. It was a small extension of the room to keep the outdoor unit of the ac. The place was very dirty and had red spots of pan! I have attached a photo. 2. When the manager called for confirmation, he said that he would give us a mountain view room. But we did not get to see the mountain from anywhere in the room. 3. During the confirmation call, I said that our returning train was in the evening and we won't check out at 12 but in the evening. I asked whether we have to pay for the whole day. He said that we would need to pay the half amount. But during check out, he claimed that he said about a half day payment if we checked out at 2 pm, which is a lie. He never mentioned about 2 pm. We had to pay the full amount. The matter is not about full or half payment, if it's a rule to pay the full amount after 2 pm, we would definitely pay and we did that but why would he lie? 4. The road in front of the hotel is full of stones and boulders which makes it very uncomfortable to walk or pull trolleys. 5. The sheets of the king room had stains.

Poor Staff coordination, average washrooms, missed our proofs with the hotel management

The location is good. Got a room with mountain view. The staff is very helpful.

Rooms are not very clean. First I got a room which was really dirty but the staff was good and gave me another one with mountain view. I wouldn't say that the other one was clean but it was better than the first room. As the hotel is on the highway, at times it was difficult to get a shared auto (costs 10rs only to market), which non shared autos ask for 200rs!

Taste of the food. Location of the hotel. Constant noise due to highway. Wasn't that clean.
