1. Poor customer service 2. No cleaning for all my stay 3. No dust bin in the room 4. No toilet papers 5.No towels 6. No free and safe access when you go out.

We had to share a house with tenants who live there. They were rude and inconsiderate.

There was a bed. Was close to shops, we could walk over to spar.

The house had tenants that lived on the property. They were not considerate, we had to share a bathroom and kitchen with these tenants. The water was cold, the tenants were rude, and there were no utensils to use. The wifi did not work.

Unfortunately I did not sleep at Ojong's Court  The rooms is misleading to the foto's.  I would like to have a refund since I had to pay another place to sleep! It was very uncomfortable since it got late and I had a long road of traveling behind my back. The premises was not up to standard en according to the foto's it was nothing compared to it!  I really would like you to refund me. It is very disappointing fot booking.com to advertise such misleading accomodation . Please keep me up to date. Regards Donmary Roberts

Room was spaces

Bathroom was shared it was dirty and wet,very poor services,no soap and no shower wash available.Walls and floor was super dirty.There where two crickets in the room also.No lights by the swimming pool.So you can't see in the dark to swim and swimming pool where dirty.

Just the conformable room the hostess were also nice

There came other guests after us and made a noise the entire night until the next morning. My partner and I couldn't sleep and we both had to work the next day. The hostess or whoever in charge there didn't tell the other guests to be more considerate. It sounded like a shebeen. Loud music, shouting, banging doors. I don't ever want to go there again and I won't recommend anyone else. I am deeply disappointed.
