- Music way too loud in the evening around the courtyard to the point that we couldn’t carry on with our conversation during dinner - Lek / Euro conversion rate not in line with what’s offered everywhere else (on the market) - tiny bathroom with collapsed door (difficult to shut); shower cabin semi open meaning water floating all over the floor afterwards before it gets drained

It has this very traditional feel to it (even if it may not originally have been) but they make it look traditional and have great outdoor space. And flowers and it’s just pretty man. But the staff excels and one person I need to call out is Kevin who went above and beyond to accommodate all my questions and requests. He made the place extra special. And with a great attitude. Thanks Kevin!

It’s pretty great. It’s location is not in the center but it’s a 6 minute walk so who really cares

We had high expectations but these were not met. Beds were not good-too soft. The entourage is nice and the breakfast good. But hearing live music in your room 3 nights in a row too much for us. Not until very late but later than our Kids go to sleep whicb was inpossible during the music. Cars are removed if You are blocked but That can take a while. I woud recommend it for a night-there are also upsights and the ambiance is nice but 3 nights was too much. We did like the excursion we booked via the hotel.

The late music was for us disturbing-aircon was defect when we arrived. Was repaired in a few hours but not nice upon arrival.

We had a large family room with traditional atmosphere and a small refrigerator. In the evening there was live music in the outside restaurant. In the morning there was a varied breakfast buffet. In a few minutes walking you find many restaurants and bars. The parking guardian was very friendly and helpful!

The air-conditioning in the room was operated automatically. Our room had a stairway that led to the children's beds and upstairs it wasn't cool because the air-conditioning wasn't strong enough.

So homey and eclectic, truly traditionally Albanian experience!

it felt like an Oasis in Shkodra, beautifully traditionally decorated not like the big hotels. bar and restaurant area also very nice. Very convenient for the pretty pedestrian areas of Shkoder and walkable to the castle.

I booked a tour through them and the communication before we arrived was a bit hit and miss, though they were very helpful when we got there.

Beautiful design of the hotel. Rooms are kept in old style with a modern bathroom. Everything was clean and the fireplace was a lovely addition. Breakfast was really good.

Comfortable location, excellent restaurant; central, comfortable walking distance from the center of the city.

Bigger and more modern room than expected, but still with some old-world charm. Easy check-in and check-out, parking on premises and fantastic value for the money.

There was a cabinet and mini-fridge combo in the room with a bright light that couldn't be turned off without unplugging it and the heater.

everything was fabulous! The staff was exceptional in their service to us. The antiques decorating the rooms and the restaurant were beautiful. The restaurant food was outstanding at every meal.

We did not care that smoking was allowed in the restaurant.

Wonderful service, beautifully decorated hotel, restaurant and rooms. Staff communication even before arrival. Booking states no parking but there are options! Wonderful restaurant and I didnt book a table (forgot but wanted to have dinner there) but they anticipated and reserved just in case! Even though it was a musical special event! Amazing and so tasty food!
