De 9.5 als beoordeling in Booking.com vindt ik persoonlijk wat aan de hoge kant.

Appartement met bijzonder handige indeling, schoon en centraal gelegen. De prachtige kerk van Guadix ligt vlakbij.
Host is zeer behulpzaam.
Parken is lastig in de buurt van het appartement.gewelig

Estaba todo limpio y nos dejó bollería y otras cosas como colacao y café . Con ello, podemos decir que es el mejor lugar que hospedarse al pueblo, la verdad que habíamos estado anteriormente y podemos decir que el sitio es recomendable. Además nos dejó unas guías donde con ello pudimos visitar Guadix. Muy amable Raul y nos encanto el establecimiento.. no nos extraña las Estrellas que tiene aquí. Gracias por todo
Nos gustó todo, el único pero el tiempo que teníamos para estar por la zona.. pero a buen seguro volveremos en el futuro!

La ubicación y la limpieza
El tema de la llave digital es poco intuitivo al principio y depender del móvil para ello es contraproducente

When we arrived we found that the heating function of the air conditioning unit in the apartment had been switched on for us in anticipation of our arrival - this meant the apartment was warm at a time that Spain is seeing exceptionally cold winter weather.
The apartment had everything we needed and more for our stay. Good sized apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There were coffee, tea and Colacao options as well as mini-muffins in the apartment for guests.
The host Raúl was available on WhatsApp and responded quickly to questions that we had and regarding updates about our arrival. We came to Guadix for a Hot Air Balloon festival (XXIII Festival de Aerostación de Geoparque de Granada) and although check out should have been 12pm, we were slightly delayed and Raúl was very accommodating with our late checkout.

The flat was really really really clean. It's a nice flat, quite new and is pleasantly furnished. Nice quality bedding (linen etc) and confortable bed. The owner was waiting for me as the IKEY lock was broken. He was very nice and helpful. The flat is perfectly located, close to everything and with various eating options at the door, virtually. Easy to park in the surrounding streets. All in all a great 3 nights and 2 days. Kitchen has everything one needs. I really appreciated a lot of the small details like milk in the fridge and various other things like paper napkins etc. I warmly recommend this rental. What's more it's very dog friendly.

Raúl, the owner, was super helpful, as I hadn’t downloaded the access app before arriving. He came and helped us get it. He was super accommodating in every way. The apartment itself has lots of light, being a corner unit. It is super-close to the cathedral and everything else.

I had seen the reviews on booking com and was wondering if this house worth such a high rate. The answer is YES! the location is perfect, everything is new in this house, the owner is a very nice person. To make the long story short: this place is perfect for a short or long stay.

The property had a fantastic location, close to shops, bars and tourist attractions. It was a spacious apartment. The owner was very helpful, sending us information on things to see, places to eat etc. He also provided little breakfast snacks to go with the coffee. I would recommend this property.
It would have been better if there was a sign on the apartment building, to let clients know where the apartment was. It was hidden in a little square off the main street.

Lovely apartment in the center of the town, yet very quite. 1st floor.
The apartment has a heating but was very cold when we arrived. But that is a typical issue for a German in winter time in Spain.
