The apartment was lovely. It was well kitted out, in a great location and had comfortable beds and a great showers. The sofa bed was good quality and could sleep 2 adults. We really enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it.
Check in was complicated and burned time. I didn’t get checkin information through by email and was advised to go to the office to pay for parking before going to the parking area. It was a bit of a hassle but once sorted, it all went smoothly.

Appartement propre et bien situé.
Il est indiqué qu'un parking était disponible sur réservation, sauf qu'en arrivant la personne (qui est très difficile à joindre) nous apprend qu'il n'y a plus de place. Juste un vocal WhatsApp pour me dire de me "débrouiller comme tout le monde"! Au final il faut donc ajouter quelques dizaines d'euros pour le parking.
D'autre part, j'avais annoncé la veille mon arrivée pour 17h, on m'écrit à 17h30 (après 1/2 heure à chercher à les joindre) que ma réservation ne sera disponible qu'à partir de 18h. Bref, bel appartement mais gestion à revoir.

Ideale centrale ligging tov de historische bezienswaardigheden. Compleet ingericht appartement, alles aanwezig. Goede airco. Prima bed, misschien wel iets smaller dan je thuis gewend bent. Makkelijke en snelle communicatie met de beheerder. Toegang met cijferslot werkt perfect.

We were told ( on arrival, not before) the apartment we booked was not available. We were moved to another building where we were told that we were in a third building. The final apartment was not good. We chose not to stay and booked a hotel nearby. This was a very poor experience.

Excellent and fully equipped apartment which must have been newly renovated. Beautiful view over one of the central places of the town from the 3rd or 4th floor.
The description prior to arrival should include that the car (when arriving by car) can be parked at the underground garage (with name and location) and the apartment can be reached from there within a minutes' walk

After my stay the night before in one of the apartments of the same owner, this studio was a bit less of an experience. It was slightly less comfortable and especially the towels and bed linen were not clean.

Perfect location, close to everything we required.
The apartment was a good size for 2 people and a nice bright apartment with shutters and curtains at the windows. Good facilities.
Could be a little noisy at times with repairs being done to neighbouring apartments during the day but did not really bother us so much as we were out and about most of the time.
It could feel like you were a little on view when the doors and curtains were open because of its location being in one of the main squares.

Central, modern city apartment with great equipment and nice, cosy interior. Nice views to the buzzling streets, yet really quiet. One of the nicest self-service accommodations I have been in.

We were moved to another of this company’s apartments because of an issue at Plaza del Ray. The apartment we actually stayed in was very nice.

Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walk from all main attractions.
Paid parking available on the very same square where the apartment is located, 10 euro per day.
Apartment has been very recently renovated so it feels brand new. Has all the necessary for spending a few days.

Good located in the city center and very friendly staff! handover and explanation was very nice and professional! nice balcony with a view on a plaza!

Very nice studio that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It was a bit challenging to find it since the building doesn’t have a number. We were circling around for a half an hour. But the host was responsive and help us out to locate the building.
Highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful apartment. Right on the edge of the old town. Excellent area for bars and restaurants. Parking conveniently close.
The staff were extremely efficient and everything was prepared for our arrival.
