would like to have had access/use of the pickleball courts

There was everything you could want in the kitchen. I am not able to walk to far so the pool was outside my do and the rest of my family didn't have far to walk to the beach.

Was not ocean front.

This property handled through VACASA but was advertised on Booking.com which was where I booked. The condo that I rented said BEACHFRONT - IT WAS NOT!! After 2 weeks conversing with VACASA in length they decided to tell me that I needed to take this up with Booking.com even though VACASA sent the info to Booking.com. The place is nice its just not what was listed in the amenities for 309 Sailmaker!!!! If you rent this condo then your view on will be TREES!!

Overall, inside was clean. Internet was great.

Refrigerator never made ice and freezer was frozen up when we arrived. Patio and steps were full of debris and we arrived late. So there was ample time to clean. AC did not cool upstairs properly.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and we were across from the pool.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The location (access to the beach and the condition of the grounds) was wonderful. Parking was close and the overall condition of the unit was very good. A couple of minor issues (a problem with the water supply and a parking issue) were handled quickly and efficiently by the property manager.

The only shortcomings were the condition of the living room furniture and the carpeting in the bedrooms. The loveseat and sofa were outdated and worn, and the carpeting on the second floor has seen better days. Neither issue had a real impact on our stay, but they are the only reason that we give our stay a 9 out of 10, not a 10 out of 10.
