The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference throughout our stay. The buffet was another highlight, variety of delicious options. The facilities were modern and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future!!

Comfort and Hospitality My room offered great views of the surrounding landscape, allowing me to unwind and soak in the beauty of Dehradun right from the bed. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated, attending to every request with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Rooms are great having good amenities.Fantastic food and service. Good to see smiling staff and their perfect handling of customers. Good location with nice view. Always had a good experience staying at this hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

The location is really good being in the foothill of the Himalayas. It’s a good base for trekking.

My son got eaten alive by insects in his room. There were a few bites the first night but loads on the second and he could not sleep. The manager was completely unsympathetic and seemed to think that fumigating the new room to which he moved to was a perfectly adequate solution. When pushed he reluctantly gave me a discount of around £40 on my final hotel bill of around £1500. I may have got unlucky but if this is what Marriot has to offer I think I will be choosing other hotels to stay in !!

Amazing Service, great rooms. tasty food. Nice hotel layout. Check in and out was super smooth. Dipti and Gursimran really looked after us as did the rest of the staff.

Most of The staff at the front desk - seemed like smiling faces - who don’t care about what the client is asking. But feel smiles and small talks can make a client feel good. They need to be told people can see through genuine concern for a client or a fake one.
