Our AC didn't work and was hot

Location is amazing! Super easy to take the T into Boston in 20 minutes, and you are on the ocean! What more could you want?

Great location. Just next to Wonderland Station.

Some staff were not that sincere.

Customer service was wonderful. The view and upgrade we received to meet our needs was graciously accepted. The view from our room was stunning. The addition of Starbucks within the hotel was a nice touch.

Although the people who were running the breakfast area were polite and kept the area very clean, the logistics were off. People could not properly maneuver in the L shaped area. It needs a small two-sided buffet for the hot foods to meet the needs of the people. Although it was out of control of the hotel, the amount of food people were grabbing demonstrated a lack of consideration for others.

I thought the location of this hotel was very good. The room was very quiet.

The staff at this hotel was awful. The person who checked us in, Angela Berloss, couldn't have been any more annoyed that we were there. She barely spoke to us and didn't tell us anything about breakfast or anything else. Not at all what I would expect from a Marriott employee. Also we went from Friday to Tuesday. Our room didn't get cleaned until Monday - the day before we checked out. The manager thought it was strange, but that was about all. He claimed to be all about customer service, but to me there really wasn't any.

Not enough entertainment for kids. Just a pool. They should have a game room for the kids.

TV is set in the wrong spot , bathroom shower door does not close floor gets all wet and slippery , breakfast don’t have tongs to grabe bagels , muffins etc everybody touch with hands the pastries if you be around 8:30 am at the breakfast room there nothing left for breakfast no refill ridiculous

On the waterfront. Very clean.

Would be great if you had the ingredients listed in front of the breakfast servings, for people with allergies. And some kind of salads (mini salad bar?) for the breakfast, as well.

La localisation est super

Beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre, puis après très froid. Beaucoup de saleté au pied des lits.

Hotel bien situé pour la plage et près de Boston.

L'employée de soir n'a pas été tres aimable lorsque nous sommes revenu pour dire que nos cartes ne fonctionnaient pas.

The room with a view of the beach, comfortable beds, beautiful room, great complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, great location. It was our second time and we'll be back.

Everything was amazing. Not the dope smell!

The dope smell. Every floor. We didn’t love it. The kid jumping on the bed upstairs all night! Was not good either!

Situation exceptionnelle, en face de l'océan et a 100m de la station de metro Wonderland qui mene au centre-ville de Boston en 25 minutes. Beau lobby, belle piscine. Petit dejeuner inclus avec vue sur l ocean! Belle chambre avec deux grands lits et un canape lit, grand tv, bureau. Tout le confort. Hotel tres propre.

Le stationnement a 15 dollars par jour. Le petit dejeuner qui est correct mais qui peut etre compliqué a trouver une place apres 8h30.

The location is beautiful. Steps away from the beach would be great in good weather. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. I very much enjoyed the security of the room badging system.

On Christmas, there were no food or alcohol options. The restaurant was closed but because of the contract with the restaurant, the hotel can't sell hard selzer/beer, etc in their little store where there were snacks, drinks etc like other hotels.

Great location- the beach on one side the T on the other. Very comfortable and clean. Having a suite that was reasonably priced. A fridge and microwave. Coffee in the room.

The bathroom door was frosted glass and between the two beds. Awkward for non spouses. limited coffee in the room and none downstairs for the early flight people.

Breakfast was the best and the pool was amazing we actually added an extra day

Decor and water view was nice. Staff were very friendly, location was close enough to the airport.

Parking was a big issue and there were not enough parking spaces especially when they had several events that hotel guests could not park there. No signs telling guests about parking options.

Loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room, lovely view, and the place was super clean. Staff was great and very friendly.

The only negative is the parking garage is way too small. The first night we had to find street parking, and the second night we just made it for getting a spot in the garage. It worked out fine bc we were only there for the weekend.

Rooms were nice, clean, beds comfortable.

The underground parking was a big problem, particularly when there was a wedding.

Terribly advertised parking. Very confusing.!!! We had to have people in our group share their location so we could fine it. Also it Should be included with the hotel like other hotels. 15 a day is a little ridiculous, just saying.

Sehr bequeme Betten, Hotelzimmer groß und komfortabel, toller Ausblick (seitl. Meerblick), modern eingerichtet (z.B. Handy an Fernseher verbinden zum Musik hören), Pool groß genug zum Schwimmen, Restaurant lecker, Personal sehr freundlich

Leider konnten wir zum Frühstück keine Waffeln selber backen- es war wohl zu viel Betrieb.

The location and amenities were great. Beach was just a few steps away from hotel. Starbucks and restaurants right outside of hotel and one inside as well

The view! And how easy it was to access the city. I also loved the Starbucks in the hotel!

The bathroom style. I prefer the bathroom and shower alone inside and the sink outside to access even if someone is using the shower.
