Location to airport was great

We arrived to no parking. We spent $300 for a room and because of all the park and fly vehicles there was no space for actual hotel guests. The room was dirty with stains in carpet, stains on towels. Asked to be put away from elevator and got placed next to ice machine. Extremely disappointed in my stay here this time.

My room was noisy. The ice machine was opposite the room, jets going over head.. very loud, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise. I could not sleep at all

Clean and modern furniture, very kind employees, a big plus is the complimentary shuttle bus to and fro the airport.

Shuttle came fairly quickly. We got in just as the Bar/restaurant was closing. Glad you had some microwave meal choices - it was better than nothing. Breakfast was very good.

Shuttle to and from Airport was perfect. Easy to get in and out of boston for fun too.

They didn't give me the room i booked. I asked for a double queen but instead i got a king room with a fold out portable twin bed. Did not appreciate the surprise.

Restaurant staff not that friendly

The breakfast cold bar was $10 and had basic foods like yogurt, fruit, and pastries. The free shuttle to and from the airport was fast and convenient.

The location near the Airport was perfect. The shuttle starts at 4 am every fifteen minutes. Very efficient and prompt. The rooms were lovely with fantastic mattresses and pillows! We ate dinner in their restaurant. The menu was small but the food was delicious with nice size portions. The staff was very cordial and welcoming, including the restaurant service. We will definitely stay on our next Boston Logan Airport trip and will recommend it to everyone!

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. If you need to get to the airport early, the location and free shuttle service is great.

Airport suttle provided excelent service, when we were guided to the "wrong" Hilton hotel. And THANK YOU for using real plates, glasses etc. in the restaurant in contrary to Hilton in Bath, where you waste so many ressources eating of single use.

We booked with booking.com incl. breakfast. Unfortunately we were asked to pay for breakfast anyway.

It appears that the bathroom exhaust fans don't work in any room in this hotel! My family used two rooms there in July, and two different rooms in August, and in none of them did the fans work.
