Great location.

If you book through this app, they will not send the key codes to get in. Expect to experience inconvenience at best and ruined trip at worst. The management is not looking at these reviews and is completely oblivious to the MAJOR problem. No one there cares. All you will get is a customer service rep who you have to beg to get the codes. Also, there is no comfortable piece of furniture in the place. Not the dining chairs which are falling apart. Not the two small, hard uncomfortable couches. Not the “full” size bed which is two twin mattresses pushed together so you fall into the crack each time you move. This would be an excellent place to stay if they replaced the management, put in some decent furniture and paid attention to details travelers need, like hangers in the closets, hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, a curtain to cover the window in the door, etc. It is a beautiful place ruined by indifference.

The house was very modern, clean, and well-appointed. The location was right in the centre of town which was very convenient for our purposes which were partaking in a Conference.

The location is very central but that means right underneath St John's church which chimes every 15 minutes from 6:15 to midnight, so bring earplugs - we couldn't sleep without them. The communication was plentiful but confusing - I got the same email 10 times between booking and staying; but had to phone for the codes in the end.

Location was Excellent.

Had to call for information on key collection .. gate code and internet .. No email received as advised with this information .. Had to pay for parking daily although, empty spot right in front of building unused.

Kitchen was good. Bed was comfortable.

Management company never sent correct codes to get into the gate or unit. Had to talk to another guest who told us where the management office was located to get codes and welcome packet. No hangers in either closet and manager said she didn't have any. No soap or toilet paper. Only gave us two bath towels. Additional ones were not available. Property owners seemed to have lots of expectations for guests like providing their own soap, shampoo, etc. but didn't step up when we needed basics like hangers that would be expected in any rental.

Spotless clean, Very warm and comfortable. excellent location, safe n secure.

unfortunately was given wrong key pin code to access property and my phone network didn’t work. Managed to find a kindly neighbour to ring property agent and sorted out proper key code. also couldnt find the wifi code so couldn’t use internet.
