Very nice and clean apartment with a lovely terrace. Many parking places available around. Well equipped. Central location to visit Sao Miguel island.

No so much to be honest... Our stay was very nice. I would just mention a bit of noise during the night when dogs of the neighborhood are barking.

The balcony with views over the Atlantic ocean is amazing. We saw dolphins and spent wonderfull evenings having dinner and playing cards. The appartment is well equipped and in good condition. Easy to park in front of the building. Easy access to the ocean front promenade leading to the city centre in 20 minutes walk.

Apartment was clean and spacious. There was well equipped kitchen and also washing machine with clothes dryer on the balcony so it didn’t make noises inside of the flat.

Everything was amazing! The apartment was beautiful with stunning view in the center of the Ponta Delgada. It was fully equipped! If I will visit Sao Miguel again I will book again this apartment definitely!

Beautiful modern apt with kitchen items to help with home cooking...some coffee pods for a few cups, cooking oils, seasonings and detergents for washer and dishwashers; shower and hand soap- and ample towels. Even beach towels (2). The beds and piilows were very cofortable. Good indoor seating and comfy "web" chairs on the patio plus a dining set and umbrella. We always found parking nearby. Laundry facilities were great- English instructions would have been helpful for appliances. The host Pedro was phenomenal with communication-prompt with answers but also a wealth of info for the restaurants and touristy things. We were very grateful for the early check in and check out! Much appreciated!!!! ( not always available based on other guests/cleaning schedules)

Only one issue.... we had some allergy problems, thinking it was the couch and extra throw pillows needed vacuuming.

very well equipped for those that want to shop at the local Mercado and grocery store. 20 minute walk to Ponta Delgada along a beautiful seaway over looking the Atlantic and harbour. the condo is very spacious with an incredible view of the ocean and the coming and goings of the harbour traffic. washer drying and all appliances

its not a big issue if you take your time to get the stove and washing machine going. A thought might be instructions in the most common languages of people who stay here.
