The location was great, the atmosphere was great, the house was roomy.

The couch and roll away bed inside it was infected with spiders. The family member sleeping on that bed- ended up with horrible spider/ bug bites from the bed. The futon upstairs was stained and dirty as well. The mattress pad covers did not look like they had been washed in weeks.

Location was good. About 100 yds up the street to a concrete sidwalk to went straight to the sea wall. Then, very steep steps down to the sandy beach.

The host. I reported a broken trundle bed and a cracked toilet seat that needed to be replaced on the first night of our stay. Next day, I reported ants in the living room, bedroom door knob not working and light bulbs burned out in three rooms. Third day, I reported ants were now in the kitchen & had gotten into our cereal and now found ants in master bath. The host would respond with text messages acknowledging our issues. The host asked for pictures and said they would send the requests to their local staff. Which we never heard from or saw.

Location was great. Beach access was easy and the pool was right outside the door. We were worried it was going to be loud but luckily everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the main living area was comfortable.

The bed mattresses throughout the property were not comfortable -- they all need to be replaced or upgraded. The main refrigerator was not sufficiently cold. We did try to adjust the temperature lower, but unfortunately it didn't seem to work and we had to throw out quite a bit of spoiled food.

I love looking out the balcony and the pool was right there , on the top balcony you could see the beautiful sunrise 🌅

The location was good. The home was beautiful.

The cleaning fee & other taxes were way too high. There were several things that needed attention in the house. Examples… the back door handle needs to be fixed, when you go to lock the door & pull it in to lock it, the handle falls off. Several of the lights are out & need replaced. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean, we had to wash them before we used them. The pool needs lighting & monitoring, someone is going to get hurt.

the 10pm quiet time wasn’t enforced, backing up to the pool was great except late at night. several light bulbs burned out, very inconvenient. difficult to reach anyone before our stay to find out what the house was equipped with as far as kitchen and how it was stocked for cooking and eating. the app was very little help as it stated the house had nothing in the kitchen when it actually did. hard to plan meals that way!
