The bed I slept in was super soft there were many fthings close by to enjoy lots of space

There was pee on the toilet and a beer in the frig we do not drink. Was not sure what was provided and not there was no trash bag or was in the locked closet the keys in the lock box didn't work on anything in the home and the lock for the door was frustrating we needed our phone every time for the code because the code was to long to remember.... if the upstairs shower in use the down stairs shower water didn't stay hot for long.

It was dirty. Sheets had pubic hair and dirt inside of them. Washer was broken. Broken sea shells. Slime stuff inside bottom of trash can. Only provided one trash bag. Ants were everywhere. The place was dirty and it didn’t look like anyone really cleaned it. The property manager only refunded me a jokingly $69 for the washer being broken. Which made us lose 1/2 a day waiting for our clothes from a laundry mat. The photos don’t do justice on the sheets being dirty. It can be seen better in a video.

Easy access to the beach and bridge .

Furniture not very comfortable for older adults. (Couch sucks you in. Making it very hard to get out of it. Other than couch only option is kitchen chairs not the greatest for people with back problems.) No pantry to put things in . Only counter space to put food on for 10plus people.

Facility was great rooms were nice and spacious!

The construction in the entrance made it hard to get in at night!

The place was nice but none of the showers worked upstairs. I tried to get a late checkout because they had it at 10 am and told them we do morning fishing and needed to shower but it took forever to get someone on the line from Vacasa and when we did they said we would have to see if we receive an email. I never did get an email and we got a 12 pm check out because only downstairs showers worked. the downstairs showers would change temperature from scolding hot to warm, so had to shower fast. internet connection kept getting interrupted. I tried to do an early check in but they said I couldn’t because someone had a late checkout. so someone else can get Kate checkout but the only reason I was able to was because the hot water didn’t work at all upstairs.
