Chalet Wiese is a wonderful place to enjoy fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery and a great ski resort right in the heart of Transylvania. The Chalet has very comfortable rooms, designed in a beautiful old design with natural wood furniture and red carpet on the floor, as if you were in a museum. Exceptional service from the staff, who is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very consistent, it includes a variety of delicious, local products and dishes. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's a wonderful place, just perfect for a trip to the mountains. To the staff: Thank you for the warm welcome, the care and the help you offered me during my stay. :)

Needs cleaning, glasses in the room were with stain of toothpaste on them .No smart tv .

- they didnt clean the room, even asked - there was no one at reception, at breakfast for cleaning tables, there was only one lady doing everything - the rooms were not ready for check in

The breakfast was great. The lobby area was very nice.

The property was hard to find as there was no sign with the hotel name. It would be nice to have an elevator also. There was no screen on the window. The shower door didn't latch and water leaked all over the floor. There was no hairdryer provided.

Quiet location away from the main road, very close to forest; sufficient parking space in the yard of the villa; very tasty breakfast buffet consisting of high quality romanian traditional food; recently renovated and high quality bathroom; high quality and big shower cabin (water does not leak outside); clean carpet in the room; very spacious room; balcony with 2 chairs and very nice view; comfortable beds

Not something that we did not like but something that can be improved: - as opposed to the moderm bathroom, the furniture in the room could be updated (it is not old but it is not as new as the bathroom) - closing the doors of the rooms is a little bit noisy and may disturb others - no insect screen for window and balcony door
