Very close to the airport, cleanliness and owner was available to discuss exceptions to the rules. We needed to arrive 2 hours earlier to check-in time and he didn't mind checking us in, which we were glad about because we were tired and our baby needed her nap.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations.

Luis is a great host, he made us feel at home. The residence is very comfortable, it is not the city center which I found also as a plus, since its only a 15 mins walk. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely breakfast each morning of eggs, plenty of bread and coffee. Luis was really attentive and kind and went out of his way to help us with any questions we had. Nice quiet, friendly neighbourhood, out of the chaos of the city centre but near enough to walk in (also regular truffis 2 blocks away). Clean, big rooms, hot shower... Originally only chose to stay here because it was near the bus terminal and we were arriving very early in the morning, but it turned out to be a gem. Would 100% stay here again, highly recommend!

Luiz and his family have been the most amazing hosts I have ever had. Luiz offered a very warm welcome and has been very helpful around any question I had during my stay. The place is clean and tidy, with good WiFi, hot water, filtered water and comfortable location!

The owner was enormously helpful and friendly. Even though we arrived late as well as much later than expected, he welcomed us in his house, sent several resources on how to travel and explore Cochabamba and offered to call us a cab when we left.

The furniture felt a bit dated but it was alright.

Luis is super hospitable. He loves Cochabamba and sharing his love for the city. He created awesome guides and tips which je shares with you on WhatsApp. The location is close to bus station. Overall I got more out of my state in Cochabamba thanks to Luis so I am grateful I picked his apartment.

I guess the only drawback is the location is 20 minut walk to the city and also you will find the nicer parts of the city in north. But in the day you can walk and in the night you can take taxi which is pretty cheap.

Louis the owner is one of most nicer person, really helped us a lot and gave good recommendations what to do. The room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi, good breakfast.

Luis was super helpful! We arrived early on a bus and he gave us a room where we could hang out and nap until our room was ready! He also provided us with tons of information on what to do in the city! He also always had tea, coffee, and crackers out. The rooms were comfortable and clean!

Bit of a walk to the middle of town, almost 20 minutes (but not bad)! Plenty of colectivos you can hop on if you don’t want to walk!

Perfect hotel, extremely friendly and helpful host. Perfect location, close to the bus station and tram line. Everything for the affordable price. Recommend to everyone who wants to visit Cochabamba.

The shower. I didn't understand, how to regulate hot and cold water. Although I was using it at minimum power, the water was extremely hot. Then I had to open the cold tap, and water became extremely cold. Then again. And so on. However, maybe I just didn't know how to use it correctly. Maybe it was my fault.

the accomodation was clean, Luiz is super pro- active and very friendly. The location was good if you don’t mind walk few blocks. For those like a quiet place that’s a great option.

Luis was very helpful always checking in on us making sure we had what we needed and able to offer advice about what to do. He also let us check in early after our night bus arrived and into a different bigger room so we could rest.

the host, Luis, was very helpful and gave us so many tips on where to go and what to see! we arrived at 7 am and we could already have a room, he also gave the option of an extra breakfast for 12Bob if we wanted. he helped us with the buses to go around as well and also with restaurants and food tips. there are always tea and salty crackers at the common table and the breakfast is amazing! the room was very clean and spacious and the sunlight makes it super cosy! highly recommended!

Best thing about this place is the owner. Such a kind, friendly and accommodating host. I was given tips what to visit while in Cochabamba and on the day of my check out I was able to stay in the living room and wait till my night bus, while I was offered tea and snacks. Then was dropped off to the station! 5* service. I saw both, the double room and family room. Both comfortable but I would definitely recommend to book the family room! It looks like a hotel room!

The wifi was on and off. Cochabamba really isn't a nice place and I felt unsafe walking on the streets, but this place got a security electric system therefore inside it is very safe :)

Luis runs a really nice hostel, the breakfast is also great. He helps you plan your activities in Cochabamba and the region, has a lot of information available at the hostel. The WiFi connection works just fine and the showers are more than warm.

Louis was very Kinde, every morning surprised us with amazing breakfast. Help us with every question we had. The best hostel i have been so far.
